Had fabulous service from Sheref! We had a complicated situation but he handled it professional, was super friendly and quick at setting up my new phone. We were even there close to closing time and he didn't mind if he had to stay to help! Great store! Thanks Sheref!

Great service from Sheriff. I am a senior citizen and not tech savvy. Sheriff was very helpful finding the problem with my phone that wouldn't charge. He took his time and got me into another similar phone in a very short time. I had a few problems later that I couldn't solve on my own and went back to the store. Luckily Sherif was there and solved my phone issues.

Sheref was fabulous! My wife and I needed to upgrade our phones and he knew the difference in features and benefits of our choice of phones which was very helpful to us to pick out the right phone for our individual needs.
He expertly activated our new phones and patiently helped us transfer everything from the old phone to the new. That service and kindness is hard to find these days! So grateful for you Sheref! Hope you're there in 2 years to help us again. 🙏🏻

Opening hours on the door say 10am - 7pm Monday- Friday. It's 10:35am, store is closed. No sign on the door :(.

Stores hours are inaccurate. I showed up at 3:20 PM on Wednesday and it was closed. The store hours listed online and on their door are wrong.

Helped me switch my service provider over. The 1st employee who helped is no longer with the store but he was very good to me when I was not doing okay. The next employee though followed up and helped me just as much and was just as helpful. Thankyou, guys.

I walked into the Cricket store in Wesley Chapel to find the assistant sitting at a front table sprawled across with his head in his hand.In same position asked"what can I do for you"in a annoyed tone.I said " my husband needs to look at a phone".In the same annoyed tone and a deep huff he stood up and said "I guesd we will look at a phone".My husband looked at each other and said "No thank you" and walked out.We have never had such unprofessional,sorry service from anyone before.
It is Crickets loss because you lost a sale and two customers.You should find better help.

My phone wouldn't make calls or text. I was worried I needed a new phone. We went in, and the guy working (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) reset my network settings, and everything works perfectly. I'm so grateful.

The worst cricket store iv ever been to customer service none existing the lady working the morning shift could not even get her computer to work and finaly told me that my phone number was not even in ther systemThey do not sell demo phones and over charge for ther products and cell service.Do not use cricket worthless...
