The site manager called to finalize anything before I even finished filling out the online form. He was professional and got me set up with my unit in about 10 minutes. By the time o got there, the unit was ready. Would highly recommend.

He made sure all our needs were met, asked the right questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing storage. This location is incredibly clean, carts work well and the staff is very helpful. Furthermore, Jason was incredibly helpful with assisting me in deciding on the right unit for my belongings at the most cost effective rate. Cannot thank Jason enough for all of his help and explanations!

Update: this location has had issues with their management. The first two employees who helped me were allegedly doing something sinister at the location so they changed managers again that guys didn’t last either. Now they have ANOTHER manager. The security gate is broken. When asked about it. No one even the area manager knew when it will be repaired. In fact he told me FOUR YES FOUR of his properties he manages have gates in disrepair. Despite a monthly fee in the hundreds they can’t get things repaired in a timely manner. Keep in mind everywhere that offers storage for RV’s etc gates their lots. The number one reason to consider another lot. It is expressed that EVERYTHING YOU STORE HERE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK! Keep that in mind!
2/22 update: the cost just continues to go up. Now OVER $300 a month. If your wondering how Life Storage keeps buying everything up? HUGE monthly bills. At least the gate is fixed.
I’m so sad it seems they took down the picture of my dog taking a crap there.

I had a very good experience walking into the Life storage in wesley chapel. The female assistant was very nice and helpful through the entire rental activation. Swift and quick with great pricing.

Nice facility, friendly and helpful staff. Be sure to understand, the initial move in rates will progressively increase if you are going month by month. Better to lock in a rate for specific duration. After a couple of months we were notified our rate was increasing from $120 to over $200. After complaining it was adjusted to $173. We've just moved out of our storage unit but were just notified that the rate was going to $240. Were there 9 months.

Great access and ease of getting to our stuff. Thought the price leaped a bit more than initial quote, which I understand but just a little much for what is provided.
