Always there for me. I just wish they would publish a sheet for OTC insurance needs! I have no idea what is covered under my insurance.

Shout out to Mike the pharmacist! After being poorly treated at the CVS I usually go to (36440 coats road) and told CVS in general no longer carry my prescription; Mike went above and beyond to help me not only to get my prescription but got it filled that day in under 30 minutes!

Clean store, easy to find products, pretty good selection, friendly staff. Prices could be lower, but you pay for convenience.

This evaluation review applies only to the experience gained at the pharmacy window and employees involved in that unfortunate event. On April 9, at around 8 :18 am. I received a text message from CVS to provide a code to receive my filled prescription at the CVS window. The pharmacy employee at the windows, refused to look for my prescription which was a regular non controlled. Then a supervisor appeared and requested a photo ID, I replied this is against the directions of the HIPAA confidentiality LAW. She only can use my name and birth date. She turned into a very angry person and said I will not service you and closed the drive through we window and put a big sign closed. I was shocked and immediately turned My phone to call CVS main office, and the microphone was still on and they Heard me, the pharmacy Manager came in and removed the sign and opened the window and told me what's going on. I said I need my filled prescription, then again he asked for ID, I Said not needed, then he send me a pen and blank paper and asked to write name and birthdate, I did, then in 5 seconds he handed the filled prescription and I Left. I decided to let the public know how to protect their privacy and fight the abuse exposed unjustifiably on them. We all deserve better treatment and zero tolerance to any abuse by anyone.

I've been using CVS for 25+ years & until this past weekend I've had no issues. Sat night I went to the ER bc of a tooth pain. At 9pm I was released & 2 scripts were sent to CVS in Wesley Chapel, Florida location (not mine bc my location was closed). I tried to get in my app to make sure alerts were still on. It would've taken my login info, wouldn't let me reset my password & locked me out bc it said I put in wrong bday, which is BS. I go to that CVS at 10pm, clerk said there wasn't any scripts for me. I gave & spelt my name 3-4 times as well as my bday. After about 5 minutes he said he found it & after taking a lot longer than normal brought me 1 script & told me that was it. I told him both were sent at 9pm from the ER & all he did was blame them. I got home & called the ER Dr & she confirmed they were sent just before 9pm. The 1 that the clerk didn't give me was the antibiotic which I didn't want to have a lapse in taking from the ER till my next pill. I called the land o Lakes Blvd location (my store) Sunday morning & I got a txt an HR or so later my other script was ready. I couldn't go to pick it up til Monday afternoon bc of car trouble. I had no issues (as usual with all my other CVS visits in 3 states & multiple locations), unlike the incompetence I had to deal with at Wesley Chapel location. Restored most of the faith I had in CVS after the land o Lakes Blvd location but still not happy bc I got no help on the phone about the app locking me out for wrong bday but the land o Lakes Blvd location found my last script using name & bday. I'm still not a happy customer bc of the app issue. I'm going to try 1 more time to get app issue resolved or may consider leaving CVS. That app was the best meds or patient portal I've ever used but now it's useless to me.

I'm grateful that this pharmacy takes sunshine insurance. Although the drive-through line took a while (about five minutes per car) I was still able to get my prescription without any complications. The pharmacy tech, Avril, was professional, helpful, and personable. This will be my new pharmacy!
