I had to give a shoutout to Brandy, the pharmacist at CVS. She is an absolute gem. Every time I’ve needed help—whether it’s figuring out insurance issues, getting a last-minute prescription, or just needing some guidance—Brandy goes above and beyond. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and actually takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense.
You can tell she genuinely cares about people, and that kind of service is rare these days. It’s not just a job to her—you can feel it. I’ve left that pharmacy so many times feeling grateful that she was the one behind the counter. CVS is lucky to have her, and so are we as customers!

As a regular customer at this store, I see Carrie often, and every time I see her, she is very pleasant, and every time I need assistance, she helps very quickly and professionally.

This is a great pharmacy. They go the extra mile to be sure I'm paying the least amount necessary. If I leave a message someone ALWAYS calls back. Staff is always warm and friendly. So glad they ate my pharmacy

My daughter went to get a box of Benedryl for me while I was sick. The young, blonde girl at the check out advised my daughter that she needed ID, which my daughter provided. The girl then told her that she thought it was fake (which it is def not, it's a FL state lic) and proceeded to talk down to her that she and could not get it even with her (very VALID ID). This is a neighborhood store which we frequent a great deal & this is how they treat their customers...disappointing.
After reading the reviews below, it is clearly not an isolated incident. I tried calling the store but it just ended up disconnecting the call after endless ringing.

Such a creepy experience! The girl upfront kept following my family and I at the store. Went to check out and she did not understand the concept of personal space. I’ll be going to the Walgreens down the street on County Line.

Very strange manager. Not sure her name but long stringy hair.
We walked in and she and another worker were waiting at the entrance and following my wife and I around the store.
Very creepy!!
The store was pretty empty with customers.
Guess she had nothing else to do.

The CVS I usually visit in my neighborhood is always cream and staff greets me
They always ask if I need any help
My mother always wants to go to this store as they are very nice and welcoming to everyone

Probably the worst place to go to when kids get out of school and you look younger. The workers were very rude and when you walk in the door they are rude.

I use the pharmacy as my preferred pharmacy, as it's closest. It does work for me to walk and get refills.

The pharmacy associate of this pharmacy are top and beyond. They are so kind and helpful. I had been looking for one medication in several CVS without success and when I requested in this pharmacy the call different pharmacies until they found it. They transfer my prescription, ordered for me and wrote me the address so I would able to go to pick it up.
