CVS customer service is worst and one at 1929 Bruce B Down rd, Tampa, FL is worst worst. So far I was never ever able to pickup medication drive through under 30 min, now the lines around the building.

The amount of attitude these people have is ridiculous especially when they call you to pick up a medicine and then they say another 15 mins. You can’t even wait at the window they want you to go back in line. Then don’t call me saying it’s ready.

I have had my prescriptions filled by CVS on Bruce B Downs for the past two years. Recently, one of prescriptions was refused because the prescribing doctor was too far away and that this was a new policy. This pharmacy has prescribed this medication for two year and now it’s being refused because of some bullshit policy. This prescribing doctor is the only doctor of his type that I have been able to find and there is no other in Wesley Chapel or Tampa. CVS offered me no other pharmacy to have it filled, which seems like the best option other than leaving me and my healthcare high and dry. CVS has gone down hill over the last few years..

Worst customer service ever. As a physician I dread dealing with CVS and that’s true for any location. Today I sent a prescription and the patient called back 2 hours later because she was told they didn’t receive a prescription and it must’ve been called to a different CVS location. I checked my records and verified that the prescription was called to the correct location. After arguments back and forth with two staff members the prescription miraculously appeared and was actually already filled and packaged!!
This isn’t a single incident. It happens so frequently it’s not funny!

The manager of this store is extremely rude. They refused to take a passport photo for my toddler and told us to leave the store and go elsewhere. We had initially started to have one taken, but the employee had to go help with checkout and print other people’s photos and left us with the camera to take our own passport photo. The manager saw us taking our own photo and told us to leave. The understaffing of this store is ridiculous. They don’t deserve your business. Go elsewhere for all your pharmacy and photo needs.

Awful. They call me to tell me my prescription is ready and every single time without fail I get there wait 30 mins on line and they say it’s actually not ready and to come back laterz unreal.

I went to use the kiosk for Kodak to make a picture book. Neither one of the kiosks were working, and the gentleman who worked in there could not care less! Nobody would help me, they completely ignored me, even when I was asking questions and asking for help. I will never go back in the store. Hire some helpful, friendly people.

If I could give less than one star I would. It took the pharmacy two weeks to fill a medication we’ve been on for months. They were no help whatsoever and they were not nice. Trying to help us figure out the issue avoid at all costs

Difficult to talk withe the Pharmacist on a reaction medicine. Called 3 time and they do not call back for 2 days. Poor service.

Please dont EVER go here. I have been trying to get a prescription transferred to a more competent pharmacy but this pharmacy never answers or returns calls. Hopefully no one ever needs a life saving medication from here because you will NEVER get it or reach anyone about.
