Do not go to this pharmacy. They have consistently made the same mistake on my medication for 6 months. Out of nowhere they also decided to stop filling one of my anxiety medications because the pharmacist said he wasn’t comfortable. I’m glad your comfort matters more than my doctors opinion and my anxiety attacks. The worst part is these reviews won’t make a difference. They will continue to not care about their patients and go through the motions everyday to collect a paycheck.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced in all my 30 plus years. Getting medications should not be the most stressful thing in the world. They don't seem to really understand their own jobs here. Fix this pharmacy

Waiting for a prescription at this pharmacy is the most atrocious experience. The staff is loud and obnoxiously chatty. I'm thankful I was just picking up topical medication's I would be very fearful of the staff otherwise messing up a prescription. Even the pharmacist was loud and Unprofessional with the staff and they acted as though there were no customers in the store. I expect much more from licensed professionals. I will never again have a prescription filled at this pharmacy

I'd like to give a 5 star review to the staff but specifically also to their manager Ashley, she's amazing, compassionate and so friendly. Easy to talk to even if its personal, but she definitely hears you out and will explain things thoroughly. She's the best!

I went to buy some snacks and a charging cable on the way to my appointment. When I got in line at self check out only one self check out register was operational. The customer using it was having trouble and the cashier was trying to help her. Finally the cashier told her to come to her register and she would ring her out. I stepped to the self check out register, scanned my 6 items and placed them in the bag. The screen said that I had something in the bag that wasn’t scanned. I double checked and everything was scanned correctly. I looked over where the cashier was and she had 4 customers in line. I had a person waiting behind me for self checkout. I left the register and walked out. I usually prefer self checkout but when they have the weight monitoring they are often problematic. I feel bad for whoever was behind me but it’s not my fault. Get rid of the weight monitoring and have enough people at the front to assist as needed.

Awful service in the pharmacy, they basically do whatever they want , when they want, are very unprofessional and rude. How is this legal or not a conflict of interest When your pharmacy is also the insurance company. So cvs Caremark insurance can pick and choose what medication/dosage they will approve for cvs . Smh such a scam

The staff at Oak Post Blvd. always takes excellent care of me. So polite, helpful and efficient. Today the pharmacy filled my Rx with only moments to go before closing for lunch. And Aspen is always a pleasure to interact with at check out. Highly recommend this location.

WOW!
I was extremely frustrated because I didn't have my Care Mark RX info to get my son's medication. I was in the drive thru and gave the pharm techs an attitude because I'm not feeling too good myself. Came back around the line and the pharm tech said our insurance was rejected. I was so frustrated but she said there was a discount card she had. Then next thing you know, she BLESSED us with his medication. She literally paid for it. Talk about kind heartedness. I asked the trainee what the techs name was and he said "Kim". Ugh. Thank you Kim for being a blessing to our family.

WARNING /Disgusting Store, Price gouging, worst customer service, and they scammed me out of $50 in gift cards. Do not shop this CVS ! WarningIf I was the business owner I'd take a good look at these reviews, you can tell the real ones from the fake ones . The management so be temenated and given a card bord box to go live in behind the store.
