WarningIf I was the business owner I'd take a good look at these reviews, you can tell the real ones from the fake ones . The management so be temenated and given a card bord box to go live in behind the store.

This is not just for this location this is for all CVS locations you can no longer speak to a real person in the pharmacy it automatically goes to voicemail and they never return your call. I hate CVS now!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. I’m a nurse practitioner and a former CVS manager so I know it’s not supposed to be like this. The female pharmacist, Andrea, I believe is a new level of evil. If she doesn’t like you she will not fill your scripts and will purposely lose them as it happened to me in the past and again this week when requesting mine to be transferred from Publix. Unfortunately my insurance requires me to use cvs but I’ll have to try another location and start over. I will be out of my medication. This place should be shut down.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service, and there is always a wait for prescriptions- regardless of how many people are in line. Everyone working here has no sense of urgency. Corporate needs to step in- this location should do better.

Literally the worst CVS pharmacy ever! Sat in the drive thru for an hour as inside was just as bad. I truly don't understand what could take so long. Fill your prescriptions elsewhere if you can!

This location sadly, has the worst customer service I have ever encountered with CVS. It is impossible to speak to a Pharmacist directly about my medications, refills, transfers etc. They force you to leave messages that don’t get returned for hours or even days and they refuse to call other pharmacies to have subscriptions transferred. I only go to CVS because it required from my employers insurance, but I would definitely stay away if I had other choices.

i have never been involved in such a terrible pharmacy. They could not find my order. The doctor said he sent it. 3 days later they found it - it had been in their computers all the time. This is the way it always is there. Constant confusion.

000000000 ReviewUpdate:10/24/2023Week 2:Still awaiting for my prescriptions.I am at a loss at what else I need to do or do I have to pay extra to get my meds filled.I have left so many phone messages & even messages through cvs app. No one returns your call.When you call the phone goes straight to a phone messaging to leave a message. This is completely useless since no one at CVS knows how to call back anyone. I just pray that there is no else out there that is dependent / needs their meds now & if don't get it they can die because CVS does not care about their customers. I want to take my prescription somewhere else but stuck at this moment waiting for meds.This is the worst CVS that I ever been too. I have left 2 voice mails last week & 1 voice message yesterday regarding my prescriptions. No one ever acknowledged my voice messages do I had to physically go into the store to speak directly to the pharmacy & explained how I have left voice messages & no one called me back. Now I am waiting to see if they will refill my prescription. I'm so upset that I looking for around pharmacy. This CVS only cares about making money & has no desire to help their customers.

Pathetic at best. I think CVS ran a good pharmacy many years ago and gradually became very uncaring about customers. The employee turnover at this pharmacy is intense which tells me that management is useless.

My only issue with this store is that there is always a wait for a prescription no matter how many pharmacy people are present. Granted,it is obviously a very busy pharmacy. All workers have been helpful and pleasant tho,once you get a hold of one.

By far the worse and slowest cvs pharmacy, all the reviews are true the fact that CVS doesn’t care for costumer and fix the issue as every single review is about the same thing, it is very disappointing. The staff is slow, rude and simply not satisfactory. Management needs to be charged or something needs to be done. Don’t go here you will wait 30 mins in line to be told to come back. They never have anything. Close the store down at this point. Equal to nothing
