Vicki communicated with me prior to deliveryto verify whether someone would be home at the delivery address. I appreciated that very much! She delivered at the time she estimated. This location is simply unacceptable! My husband purchased a basket to celebrate our anniversary, but the fruits were far from satisfactory. Despite trying to reach out to them, we received no response to our calls, and even after leaving a message, nobody bothered to call us back. This level of service is completely absurd!

Been trying to get someone on the phone for two hours now after they left a note at my home for a gift someone sent me . I no longer want the gift after this experience and YET STILL CAN’T GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE STORE PHONE OR EVEN CALL BSCK AS THEY HAVE THAT OPTION ! I do NOT recommend shopping with them due to the poor communication and customer service plus the food is probably old as heck and they refuse to answer or respond or even call the person who sent it

The worst experience. I paid $180 for a valentines package for my wife. The delivery guy rang the bell once and started to leave I caught him on the camera and said my wife is coming. Before I could say more he left half the package and took off. Now I’ve called left voicemails, submitted online and no one will reach out or pick up the store phone to handle this issue. I literally just paid $180 for strawberries and I’m pissed. This is a scam and I’ll be reporting them for a refund. Do not use this company they are a rip off and ruin the entire experience for the person receiving the gift.

Vicky delivered everything perfectly! The cheesecake was great and the flower smelt beautiful. She helped make my mom very happy on her birthday!! 10/10 well worth the money!!

It's 500.00 for a large forever and ever valentines order that includes 3 balloons, a medium flower boutique and a platter of chocolate and fruit. And they are actively hiring staff for less than 14/hr. Highly recommend you build your own gift for a 10th of the cost.

Probably one of the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time.I received 2 deliveries from this place for my birthday on Friday .One of them, from my daughter, included a bouquet of flowers. They looked great in the plastic wrap, but as soon as I removed it to place in a vase, I realized the 3 roses were damaged -the damage hidden by being placed against the side of the plastic. One stem was fully broken. Some of the other flowers were wilted and the green leaves crushed.I sent a picture to the delivery person probably before they left the neighborhood, to tell them the flowers were damaged. No reply. Tried to call the place and only got through the next day.only to be told that they inspect the flowers, and that they took a picture of the bouquet in my daughter's hand, and it looked fine. Of course it did, it's still in the plastic. I suspect they carefully hid the damaged side of the flowers so it could not be seen until in the vase. The woman basically implied I was lyin-as if I have nothing better to do with my time.I offered to bring them the flowers so they can see and was told to send an email to the owner who will get back to me Monday. I did, with pictures .The owner didn't call. I called Tuesday, and eventually got an email back. The email basically said they inspect the flowers when they arrive, and offered me a 15% discount on the next order. What a joke. I expect them to deliver what my daughter paid for which was not a bunch of damaged and wilted flowers. Or a refund.Don't order from them! Beware!!
