Living at my current apartment has been nothing short of a nightmare. The living conditions are abysmal, to say the least. One of the most infuriating issues is the constant dripping from leaking taps, which not only wastes water but also creates a persistent annoyance that disrupts any semblance of peace. Despite multiple complaints to the management, this problem remains unresolved, indicative of their blatant disregard for the tenants' well-being.Furthermore, the presence of roaches infiltrating through the cracks in the walls and floors is utterly disgusting and unsanitary. No matter how diligently I try to keep the apartment clean, these pests persistently find their way in, infesting the space and making it nearly uninhabitable. It's beyond frustrating to deal with this health hazard, especially when the management seems indifferent to addressing the underlying structural issues contributing to the infestation.Speaking of management, their incompetence and rudeness only exacerbate the already dire situation. Rather than offering assistance or solutions, they dismiss complaints with indifference or, worse, condescension. It's as if they see tenants as inconveniences rather than paying customers deserving of respect and decent living conditions. Their lack of professionalism and empathy is appalling and reflects a blatant disregard for basic tenant rights.

I been living here for about 6 month, rent is been paid on time never been late. And I've been dealing with a severe pest issue in my apartment for over a month now. These small, nearly invisible bugs have infested my living space, causing significant damage to my clothes and forcing me to throw away my food. Despite numerous attempts to contact the office for help, they have consistently ignored my calls and failed to take any action.Living in this apartment has become unbearable, and I believe it's entirely uninhabitable in its current state. The lack of responsiveness from the management has left me feeling completely frustrated and unsupported. To make matters worse, they haven't even conducted proper pest identification to determine the type of bugs infesting my space.I've never experienced such a terrible living situation before, and it's incredibly disappointing that the apartment complex seems to care so little about their residents' well-being. This behavior is not only intrusive but also suggests a lack of professionalism and concern for the residents' privacy and comfort. It's disheartening to see that even the office manager, who should be setting an example, appears to be indifferent to the ongoing issues and discomfort that I and other residents are experiences… I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here specifically if you have little kids..Ya that’s what the ac looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or filter changed in years .. that’s why the apartment is full of bugs

Renting an apartment in this community was one of the worst decisions. The apartments are not being renovated, many things are broken and requests for repairs are not responded to. The AC does not cool properly and the electricity bills come in at $400-500 for 2/2 apartment; The office does not respond in any way to the request to repair staff. The jacuzzi is always broken, the pool is dirty, cars are robbed in the community at night, and no one responds to residents' complaints. If you have a choice, do not move into this community, because for this money you can rent something much better and maintain your health without being nervous about everything that happens here.

I had a great tour of the property. The community was clean, the property was well maintained, the apartments are a really nice size and they come with plenty storage space.

Your office staff was outstanding. The tour of the apartment met my needs. Your grounds are well kept. This is a place that I can call home and be happy. Thanks for asking. I'm looking forward to residency in your units.

The apartments themselves are great. When you sign the lease, they take you on a nice tour, hey look at the clubhouse, look at the great gym, check out the pool! Heres a NICE movie room with recliner chairs and a popcorn machine! The problem is they dont explain to you that they actually leave from the office at about 5 PM (the sign says 6) and then they lock the clubhouse. So when normal people who have jobs are working, the clubhouse is open literally for the office staff to use. Once you get home, after 5 PM, you cant enjoy ANY of those things. They lock up the clubhouse, so no pool table, movie room, coffee machine, no popcorn machine. So you may ask, do they open it up on the weekend? NO! This means it is literally here to bait you to renting an apartment thinking you got this VIP clubhouse, when in fact, it is closed the ENTIRE time your actually home. Its great that they keep the gym open late, but considering the amount of cameras they have in the clubhouse, you would think they would open the door to it so people can get there money worth for the price they pay. If your getting the apartment for peace and quiet, great, but if your looking for something your family can have a nice clubhouse to chill at, and if your hooked by the movie theatre they pride themselves on showing off, think again, because you will NEVER get to use it beyond the day you walked in for your guided tour.

I ama current resident and I am very unsatisfied with management. Short notifications, come to my apartment as they please. This time they tow my car because they were running behind the schedule on maintenance work around the complex. I am getting sick of this. Do yourself a favor and don't rent here.

Service request were addressed quickly and resolved. The community is peaceful, clean and close to almost all major stores in the market.

I wouldn’t recommend this complex at all. Dakkota in the leasing office can’t be bothered to respond to emails asking for an update on your application status. Texts to them also go unanswered. I’m beginning to think it was a good thing I wasn’t approved. Trying to sort through their paperwork to see if the $200 admin fee is refundable is a nightmare. It costs $305 to even apply to this place. Greedy, money hungry with awful customer service.

My roommate and myself had lived here for 4 years. Maintenance likes to put bandaids on things vs completely fix them. The front gates are broken half the time. Mildew in the bathroom has been painted over vs properly eliminated. The carpeting in the apartments are the thin/cheap kind. The cabinets are the cheap particleboard that is prone to the cheap, glued-on surfaces to easily break on the corners of the drawers. If you plan on living here for a year or so while looking for a new home to build, this place will adequately fill your needs. Paying rent of $1300-$1400 for a 2/1 apartment is the highest this place is worth. $2000+ is a complete ripoff! Enclave is the prime example of you get what you pay for!

I felt safe at Enclave and the amenities were great. Getting maintenance was fast and friendly. My only criticism is the gate not having either a code for a visitor or a remote opening device to open it for personal guests for visitation.Overall, it was great.

A very clean and friendly complex. Maintenance and office staff go above and beyond. I would give it 5 stars but when me and my sister first moved in there was a lot of theft and my sisters car got stolen, we were able to get it back and I can now say since then the car theft and break ins have subsided. Walls are a bit thin, but there was also a few extra fees on top of rent that I wasn’t able to get around so be aware. Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Me and my sister Lived her for over two years and I didn’t have many issues and if I did they were handled, and I can honestly say I enjoyed living here.

May you guys fix your jacuzzi? It's not a hot tub it's a cold tub. Lol I'll change my review to 5 stars once it's fixed.
