I would have rated 5 stars as the property & staff are on point. Very clean & well kept facility with a friendly staff that can be a challenge to track down at times. Loading & unloading zones are tight, the system they have works but would be much better if this area was a little wider.
More importantly, I rated 3 stars as this place is only good for short term needs. I rented my unit for one full year & would still be renting had they not over tripled the monthly price. Be warned, they send a tiny card via snail mail which gave me two weeks to figure out my options, they don't send rate change notifications via email. Lucky the card made it to my mailbox!
