Tried to finish up some last minute things get all our stuff rung up -self serve only and the machine wouldn't take cash. The girl at the front register wouldn't help us told us they don't take cash. Very disappointed in this store

The store had a decent selection but the customer service was horrible. No intention of going back.

I literally just left the store and I am beyond embarrassed and frustrated. I am not a fan of the layout to check out. There is much too much check out & impulse and not enough time or space to look. I just wanted a drink and one of your associates was extremely rude and impatient and when I was talking quietly to the rest of my group about her stressing me out and rushing me, and I miss this being self check outs, she yelled from across the check outs that it was NOT self check outs because customers wouldn't stop stealing things and that I should try to read the signs that I wasn't even near yet. Thankfully I didn't have to deal with her and her nasty disposition because when I was ready the next girl was available and she was extremely sweet and patient.

I don’t know who the lady in the front was with the glasses, but she was the rudest customer service representative I have ever come across. She had the biggest attitude about everything, and when I came back inside looking for a card we dropped, I asked if someone turned it in or if she’s seen it and she rolled her eyes and miserably said “i don’t know”. While in line, our friends and I were talking about how it’s no longer self checkout, which we can obviously see. And this lady chimes in and says that obviously there’s no self check out, and pointed to a sign on the register saying employees will ring us up. (That is what we were talking about) Overall a terrible experience here and she should not be working with a customers AT ALL. Don’t know what her problem is but she is going to run off a lot of your loyal customers with that terrible nasty attitude like she did us. Unsure of her name because she didn’t have a name tag on.

Great place to find just about everything you need, little gadgets, chargers, school supplies, candy, clothes.

Registers are built like self checkout but signs say wait for a staffer to check you out. Crushes introverts' dreams.

It started to rain while I was in the store, and the worker had noticed I was using an arm crutch as I am disabled, when I checked out she not only walked me to my car with an umbrella over me, but carried my bags so I didn't have to struggle. It was so sweet and kind. Very pleasant experience.

Bunch of stuff. I'm not the typical consumer, but I can see why kids like this place.

The worst Five Below in the area. Skip this one and go to the one on 56. Terrible customer service.

Kelly is a horrible store manager. She is extremely rude! Escalates issues for no reason. She will run customers out of the store. Please retrain her in customer service

This store is asthetically great. It's clean, organized, well-stocked and the staff are pleasant. My 1-star is based on my recent experience, in only my second visit to the store. So, I worked out at Planet Fitness next door and decided to visit Five Below for a specific item and browse for other deals and when I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted, as always at any Five Below store. After a few minutes, I had several items in my cart but, was unable to find the specific book that I'd come in for so, I went to the checkout to inquire about it. As I walked up, the older grayish-blonde lady with the ponytail escorted a customer to her main register to checkout so I followed and patiently stood there waiting for my turn, in order to ask a question. When the employee looked up and saw me, she immediately pointed for me to go to the open self-checkout register and I explained that I merely had a question for which she stated, "what is it?!?!" I stated, "I'll wait until you're done." And she stated, "Well, it's going to be awhile!" So, I stated, "Don't worry about it." And walked away to seek assistance from someone else, whom kindly helped me. Upon my return to the self-check out, the older grayish-blonde lady with the ponytail is back and she wants to know what my question was, I told her not to worry about it and that the young lady helped, she says, okay and offered to scan my items, for which I stated, "I got it." She offers again one second later and again, I stated, "I got it." The lady does not walk away but instead, stood 1-foot away from me and watched me scan and bag every item. I asked if I'm being watched and she stated, "My manager wants us to checkout for you and since you don't want my help, I have to stand here; otherwise, I'll get into trouble." I stated, "No one at Five Below has ever scanned my items for me at the self-checkout." She [Older grayish-blonde lady with the ponytail] replies, "This is not a self-checkout." I'm thinking, since when?!?! Remember: Minutes prior, she [Older grayish-blonde lady with the ponytail] directed to go check out myself. In conclusion, I'm not sure if I was being harrassed, stalked, profiled or over-customer-serviced but, I left the stored very upset that this nice-nasty person was forcing herself on me, violating my personal space, watching my every move under the guise of the direction of her manager. Will I ever return to the Wesley Chapel location? Yes, it's a beautiful store but, first I'll look through the glass for the older grayish-blonde lady with the ponytail and if she is there, I will take my money elsewhere.
