Go in there in the evening at around 5:30 on Feb 8. With my chest hurting to breathe in. I go to florida medical because all my records are on the system. I have a tendency of getting walking ammonia . I was seen by the nurse practitioner Nurse Kyle. The first aid checked me and did a flu swab. By that time my right lung was really hurting to breathe in. Then nurse Kyle came in as I was explaining my history . His comment was so you dont want me do any testing..not what I was saying. Then he came back and said I ha d the flu. I was still in window for the tamaflu so he gave me 4 prescriptions. Contagious for 4 days. I ask for a return to work note first he said I could still be contagious after the forth day. Note was seen in office on the 8th can return the 12th. My manager said it should be Tuesday. I still have 3 pills of tamaflu to take. 2 on Monday and one on tuesday. I get tuesday but not Mondey so now I have to call my regular dr. At fla. Medical and get this straighten out before they let me return. My husband had went up there to pick up note and would not change. I feel it's a error for sure.

Went to the Urgent Care for covid symptoms and saw Mr. Luis Amat , I specifically told him that I needed a new refilled of Benzonatate 100mg I showed him the bottle thinking it would help. During that time I get a pharmacy notification which stated 200mg. I ask the nurse to have him return so I can asked him why he gave me a higher dosage than the one requested. Upon his return, I asked him why he gave me such a higher dosage. He stands up with his hands crossed and sarcastically says " what is the problem?" What difference does it make, its what I gave you" I found that his response was inappropriate and I was taken back by how rude he was. I replied "Im asking you why you gave me a higher dosage than what I requested ? you dont need to respond to me in that manner" He replied "I don't know what the big deal is, I gave you what I gave you". The question was not answered and is obvious that due to the lack of professionalism I will not be coming back. I will be also changing my providers. You would think they would want to keep patients with so many competitor's near by. Kindness goes a long way, and the only thing a patient needs when their feeling sick and in pain is empathy and respect.

Went in with drainage and sore throat. The nurse ran swab in my nose, came back in about 12-15 minutes said no flu, someone will be in shortly. female nurse I suppose came in and said it's sinus drainage. I said but my throat is sore she said she would prescribe a throat spray. I picked up the prescription and it was a pill not a spray, but they said it was the same. I have been sick almost a week, complete missed diagnosis. I am 84 years old, I knew it was more than sinus drainage, probably Bronkidus which I have had before. Excuse my spelling.

I went there feeling really bad. Doctor says to me why are you here instead of say what brings you to see me today. After I tell him what I feel he says don’t you know what a cold is ? Procedes to prescribe me a steroid and an antibiotic even though in his words I only had a cold.DON’T EVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH DR. FORMAN. Oh and btw somehow I have flu now

Stuff is extremely rude and inconsiderate of their patients. They ask you medical questions right there at the desk in front of everybody sitting in the lobby. I've witnessed incredibly unprofessional behavior several times at this location.

Had a pleasant experience here. Came here with hearing issues with one ear. Megan, one of the nurses, was exceptionally patient while helping with the ear wax removal. Would recommend this place.

UPDATE: 11/18/23I had an emergent need and arrived 10 minutes before the clinic was due to close. They were very kind, welcoming, helpful, and got me in right away. My issue was taken care of immediately and I was out within 20 minutes, keeping them close to their original closing time. I really appreciated what they did for me!I honestly don't know why people complain so much about this clinic. It does not replace a specialist or primary care physician.Previous review:Appreciate the staff and Dr. Forman. They are very patient, kind, and helpful. Dr. Forman takes time to talk with you to find out what is really going on. He is very kind, approachable, and easy to talk to. 10 stars!

Went there because my husband’s doctor couldn’t see him right away. Was not impressed at all. My husband is in excruciating pain and he did nothing to help eliminate it. Said he took xrays of his shoulder but the pain is from the shoulder down to his hand. We never even saw the xrays but he comes in and says I see a little arthritis but not really sure what is wrong. So it doesn’t matter he is having pain in his entire arm? He gives him a prescription for anti inflammatory and muscle relaxers and said you need to go see an orthopedic. So nothing for pain and that is the main reason we came in. He can’t sleep and function. It was close to closing so we felt very rushed and he didn’t even want to answer our questions. Our visit was a waste and nothing was resolved. It is the weekend, my husband is moaning he is in so much pain. I can’t believe a doctor would allow this. Very upsetting.

I am not sure why this place has so many horrible reviews. When I went for my son it wasn't full. Wait wasn't too bad maybe 30 minutes in the lobby but once we got back everything moved very quickly. The nurse practitioner was excellent our case was pretty easy. Everyone was nice and helpful. If I had to complain about something I would say the women who checks people out could be a little more polite. But I won't let that one staff effect my overall experience. I will be back. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible!Marcie Kumlien is not a provider you should trust! She prescriebed a very strong medication without even ordering an appropriate lab test!

Been coming to see Dr. Foreman with my 8 year old and 12 year old for many years. Never had a problem. Brought my 8 year old in on Saturday afternoon 09/23/2023 for fever, sore throat, cough, etc. Asked for a Dr. note to cover him for the next couple of days. I received a note for one day. Less than 48 hrs later on Monday 09/25/2023, I returned to ask if I could have the note extended since my child is still sick and was kept out of school. They told me he has to be seen again. Never going back. 7 years been going there. Do yourself a favor and read the 1 star reviews. Go elsewhere. What they did is completely rude and shows how little they care.

Dr Foreman is the best. I by pass other uc to come here. I have never had a bad experience better than my primary office and I end up here at least once a year.

Worst case scenario, I would not even dare bring my pets here!!!If there's a zero star, that's what I would give to this urgent care clinic.Dr. Mitchell Forman has zero bedside ethics.I came in due to a work-related exposure.He briefly introduced himself and asked me the reason for my visit, then without taking an adequate history or background, went totell me immediately that I don't need medical treatment. I did not engage in any argument about the treatment, but asked him if I can at least obtain testing, but bluntly declined again. So, briefly, I took the initiative of discussing the background information of the reason for my visit as well as my concerns, hoping that he would be more understanding and empathic, but still dismissed my concerns and refused to display any sign of empathy and sensitivity.Also, he did not even lift a finger to do physical assessment on me. The nurse just took my blood pressure and asked for my height and weight, then rushed me into entering in the patient room.Also, the lady in the corner front desk was very rude. She kept rolling her eyes while trying to find flaws and mistakes in my authorization paperwork so I don't get to be seen and kept saying loudly that I need to complete the forms fast, because they will be closing, soon.Run away from this clinic, if you have other options!!!
