Amazing experience from start to delivery of my new 2023 F-250. Martel my sales consultant made everything smooth and he's very knowledgeable of the truck. Gene and Frank the Sales Managers were great with making sure I received the best deal I feel I could have. Ryan in Finance did an amazing job with finalizing my finance paperwork and answering my questions with no pressure at all. I cant recommend Parks Ford enough to anyone looking for a great deal, exceptional service, and warm caring atmosphere.

I called the dealership last week I was looking for some information and the guy I spoke to was upfront and said he did not know but would put me through to his manager. I wanted to see if they were able to put the rousch supercharger on my mustang more details but no call back so no need to post. Can't make money if your service is no on point. Even if you can't do the job a call back would be nice.

Parks ford has the nicest employees working for them including the loan department. We picked out a car they worked with our budget. We were very satisfied when we left.

I called twice about a vehicle they had listed and was told both times the vehicle was there. After driving 45 min, and waiting another 30 min I was told the vehicle was in for repair. Complete waste of time!

Service Department: DO NOT take you vehicle here to get serviced. After dropping my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment 2 1/2 days later still no one has even looked at my vehicle. I ended up looking on the internet and found out the problem myself which is due to a bad build on the condenser drain tube by Ford. It is a 5 min fix and is common problem. They didn't care that they wasted my time and were not even apologetic for the delay. This dealership has no respect for your time and the need for any person to have their vehicle back. What a shame that I now have to fix the car myself since this dealership obviously doesn't care.

GIL BRAVO!!What a guy, he helped me out and got me in a new 2023 ford bronco sport with everything we were looking for. No hard sales, so reasonable and friendly. The most sincere person you could work with especially on a huge purchase like a new car. I could not recommend working with him more. He even gave us some hats to support our new car

I went in to have my oil changed and tires rotated for $199.00 and left with a 1087.00 bill. Brakes replaced, rotors replaced too.

I was interested in a Used 2022 Ford F-350 .I had negotiated back and forth with a Salesman and a final proposal was sent to Me.I agreed to the written proposal and asked for the final documents to be emailed so I could sign andarrange picking up the truck.That was on Friday March 10th 2023.I didn't receive the documents and called the following day to ask where the documents were.The salesman then told Me that a customer was on their lot and was purchasing the same truck.The Dealership should have told the person that the truck had a deal in place and was sold.VERY SHADY and poor business practices.I would NEVER recommend this Dealership.

Terrible service department. I made an appointment two weeks ago to bring my car in today to check a problem I am experiencing and when I get there they tell me that they would need to keep my car for a week before even looking at it. Why wouldn't they tell me that on the phone? Why can't I make an appointment for when they can actually look at it? No answer, just that they don't operate like that. Does everyone have extra cars that they can just leave one at a dealer for weeks at a time?

I started my search for a larger SUV and stumbled across Tanner Goktepe at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. Although I found him on line, I prefer someone who will communicate with me on several levels. Tanner kept my updated by phone and text. I was not inundated with automated emails but rather a more personal touch. I received a fair price on my trade and am very happy with my new Expedition! The dealership is nice, staff was all friendly and Kamal in finance helped expedite the process so that I could get in and out in a timely fashion. Not only would I look to purchase from them again but I already have Tanner on the hunt for a vehicle for my son!

After waiting over 2 weeks on the delivery of a vehicle we put a deposit on, we got the call to come pick it up. We drove an hour to get there, only to be told THE MANAGER TOOK THE VEHICLE HOME!!! The manager had been working with us along with the salesman so he knew we were coming to get it. What business does the manager have taking a vehicle home in the first place? So, we got our money back and went and bought a Cadillac instead. Best decision ever!

This dealership will attract you with their pricing then pull the wool over your eyes by forcing your to buy their $2000 "parks plus" program which is basically a bunch of "coverages" and options you DO NOT NEED when buying a new car with a warranty. The sales staff is completely incompetent, taking HOURS to write up a simple buyers order. I ended up getting tired of waiting and decided to drive an hour to come check the car out and get numbers just for them to tell me that another customer was looking at the car. If they would have been professional and actually tried to assist me by sending a quote I would have been able to put a deposit on the car. There are far too many Ford dealers in the area to bother with incompetence from the staff at this location, if you want to be taken care of by professionals then avoid this place at all costs.

I went to get a diagnostic. I knew what fault code they were going to get so I had a feeling that they were going to tell me the same issue but I knew it was something else. That's exactly what happened. After close to 6 hours of my car at the dealership, they gave me a basic "this part needs to be replaced." I told them that it was already replaced with a OEM part and they go back and say after further review, this is what's recommended. These people don't do a proper diagnostic to really fix the problem, they just look at the fault code and say, yeah let's replace that and go from there. Meanwhile, the customer is stuck paying an arm and a leg for each repair as they go along instead of actually pinpointing the problem. Even though this service department is more convenient for me, I'll avoid ever going back. I try to avoid grimy dealerships to begin with.
