My wife wanted to buy a dress for the photoshoot, so we visited Francesca's Collection to browse the dresses.
Francesca's offers a variety of women's wear, and the store was filled with women purchasing different dresses. From the collection, my wife found the perfect dress for her for the event.

The product quality tastes like it’s previously frozen so why is it so expensive? It’s got potential to be a decent little shop but the employees have seemed like they’re in a bad mood in the few occasions I’ve been in. I even ask how they’re doing before I order and I’m met with silence. The middle aged lady just doesn’t seem to care at all.

Huge, beautiful selection of great quality clothing! Went when they had a 40% off sale on everything and bought my significant other 2 dresses for a great price! The lady working there was super helpful and attentive as well! Great service, great products.

I've been looking for a store, just like this. Unfortunately, this day, I was helping my teen shop, and it wasn't about me, haha. But I will be back as soon as I can. Customer service was average as far as I saw. I didn't need or receive any help. It was a great selection of clothing for women who are past the juniors section. All the clothing was classy but super cute. I was thankful not to be harassed by the employees to help me find something or suggest things. I know some people like clothing suggestions, but it's just not my cup of tea. So, I appreciated the ambiance.

Need to hire people that actually care about shoppers. I have been a Francesca shopper for years in other states. The Wesley Chapel location hires people that barely .. if that… greet you when you walk in. They don’t offer to help, they are instead on their phones or chatting amongst themselves the entire time. I picked out my clothes, I put them in a dressing room, I went and got other sizes. For the price for that store, personalized customer service is a must!!

Just shopped at this location and tried purchasing a dress. The manager was conducting an interview at the register while she was the only employee working. She ignored us and continued her interview, eventually we left!

Great customer service!! Girl was sweet and put a dress on hold for me after another store called. It was the perfect dress I wanted for my birthday. She made sure I tried it on and told me about some of the discounts they had so that I could get the most for my money. Thank you!

This boutique is the perfect place to grab a few gifts. Everything in the store is under $25, and they have such great mix of clothing, jewelry, candles, tumblers, etc... I went in thinking I would get a bracelet for my niece and walked out with three gifts for myself, one for my daughter, husband, and gifts for two of my nieces. All great finds at great prices. They also have a student discount on top of sale prices! I definitely won't make the mistake of walking past this store again.
