I waited 20 minutes for Josh to show up & he was completely ignorant to the job & had no idea anything about phones. Completely wasted my time for nothing.Don't go here.Absolutely garbage staff.

I purchased a TV on 12/8/23 for my granddaughter for Christmas. The TV was being delivered on 12/9/23. I received a text message that the order was being returned because the customer refused it. Well, the customer did not refuse it. I called the Best Buy help center and was ASSURED that the TV would be delivered by 8pm that night. When the TV was not delivered, I started a chat work customer service who then DISCONNECTED the chat. I called customer service and was told that my order was sent back to the warehouse and that I would have to wait ten business to get my money back. I tried to explain to them that I didn't want my money back to just deliver the TV to my granddaughter. They told me that they couldn't even though it was a MISTAKE on the delivery service end. I was so disappointed. Not only do I have to wait until after Christmas to get my money back, my granddaughter will not have the gift she asked for for Christmas. Best Buy, you're the real. GRINCH!! I thought that you were better than Walmart. The only reason I gave you one star is

Consistently with previous reviews, if you want assistance in store or purchase anything and expect it delivered on time or at the agreed upon time, guess again. My order was set to be delivered between an agreed upon set of hours, yet the delivery team provided Best Buy with a total other set of hours, different from the original sent via text. Best Buy couldn't do much of anything as they "outsource" their deliveries and installation so I was made to decide to wait even longer for my purchase or cancel. I can confidently say I'll never be back at this store.

Wonderful! Was able to diagnose issues with my iPhone as well as send off my AirPods to be repaired. Brought in my laptop and they revived it back to smooth running condition. They even helped repair my sons CPU. Hands down would come back again for service if needed!

They are so very helpful here! We spent an hour going back and forth with a sales person on what TV would be the perfect fit for us!He was so patient with us and gave us great explanations and honest opinions.We ended up getting a 65 in Samsung QLED for just under 2,000.

Said that they can’t fix an apple back glass even though it says they can on the website and confirmed they could through the chat option. They said the phone needed to be replaced. Ended up having it replaced somewhere else. Yes, the back glass can be replaced… then went back for a simple battery replacement. Waited in line for 45 mins got to the front, spent 10 more minutes doing some tests Apple requires then said, oh we don’t have any in stock. Told me to take it to Apple. Why is an authorized repair center not keeping batteries in stock?

Customer service is horrible. No employee gives a damn. Went the to buy a Sony 85 inch flat screen and could not get any help. We asked twice for assistance but no one ever came. Upon leaving I told one of the attendants ( or more appropriately in-attendants) that we are leaving because their costumer service was pathetic). She calmly looked at me and said, "Ok." It is clear that no one is managing the store and no one cares. We left and went to the Brandon Best Buy. Great service! We bought our TV their. So save your self the trouble, if you need help don't go to Wesley Chapel. Just terrible and a waist of time.

Stop by to pick up my repaired computer. Customer service is horrible.Employees are rude and most of all ...non-caring.The employee in customer service couldn't help only a geek squad could.Two people in line equals a half hour wait.Never a sense of energy!

Specific to the Wesley Chapel location....Shoppers beware, you will leave here irritated, regardless of what it is you're trying to do.-Customer service is terrible-Wait times are terrible -Inventory is terrible-Price bait & switch is the norm And then if you don't buy the Best Buy $200 service plan they won't even speak to you about a problem with your product, even if you bought it two days prior. Apparently spending $1,600 one day and coming back to buy more two days later, isn't enough to make you a valued customer.Sad state of affairs for this company.

Made an online appointment for remote start installation on my vehicle, 3pm Wesley Chapel. Get there a bit early to hear a bunch of foolishness. First guy says no appointment for me today, then ask me to prove it, show it to him then he says well we don't do remote start installation on your vehicle. Then it's well we don't do remote start installation at this location, only in Brandon Florida. Thanks Best Buy for making me drive 30 minutes to waste my gas. Then I should book for Brandon which is 50 miles away to have this done? Hell no. Bunch of bull*****
