“I always have a great experience at the BoxLunch store in Wiregrass. The manager, Lizzi, is always super helpful, friendly, and clearly creates a fun, positive environment for her team. On my most recent visit, Lizzi helped me find the Metal Robot Spirits XXXG-01W Wing Gundam, which I was really excited about. I especially appreciate being able to see higher-priced collectibles in person before purchasing. The rest of the team is wonderful too. Devon has been extremely careful when packaging fragile collectibles like S.H.MonsterArts Godzilla, and Nick has helped me find other collectibles based on what I already enjoy collecting. The entire team is always on top of calling when online orders arrive, but honestly, they are so great that I’ve started going into the store to place my orders directly with them, even for preorders. Fantastic customer service, great team, and a genuinely fun store to visit. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ all the way!”
