I had the best experience at Goin Postal today! In my area getting to my local postal office is a trek so I was so happy to have found this place! They were very kind and welcoming from start to finish. I will be back anytime I need to send a package or purchase shipping supplies!

The staff at Goin' Postal go above and beyond every single time I visit. They always take the extra time to make sure my packages are addressed correctly and all the paperwork is filled out properly when I’m mailing items to our son who is deployed. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care mean so much to our family. I’m so grateful for their outstanding service and the peace of mind they provide!

While I appreciate the attempt to side with employees, and brush what their doings under a rug, there is absolutely no excuse for that type of behavior towards a customer. I was pleasant on the phone but was not afforded that same courtesy. I also appreciate others’ great experiences with those ladies, but fun fact, people don’t always treat everyone the same.

I had a terrible experience at the Goin’ Postal location in Wesley Chapel, FL. I dropped off a package over two weeks ago, and it still hadn’t left the facility. When I called to check on it, the employee Michelle was extremely rude, dismissive, and told me she “didn’t have time” for my concerns and that I needed to come in person.
As a disabled veteran in a medical boot who can’t walk easily, I still made the trip to the store, only to be treated with the same disrespect. Michelle refused to look up my tracking number until I asked her three times. When I said I had already tried calling the 1-800 number she handed me (with no luck getting a real person), she just shrugged and said, “They pick up for me—don’t know what to tell you.” Then she walked away from me mid-conversation with no resolution or apology.
My sons and I have used this location for years and have also had negative experiences with Michelle’s rude attitude. Clearly, this kind of behavior is a pattern.
Customer service here is unprofessional, unhelpful, and frankly, insulting. I no longer trust her or that facility with my packages. I won’t be returning—and I advise others to be cautious before doing business here.

This is my go to spot whenever I need to ship anything. Michelle is always helpful, personable and knowledgeable. I have utilized many of the different services they offer (notary, package drop off, stamps, shipping etc.) and feel their charges are reasonable. Truly is a great neighborhood business!

I have been going to this location for years. Never had any issues quite the opposite. I frequently send packages to my son. Michelle is very professional and caring and makes sure my packages get to him on time without a glitch. I don’t even go to the post office anymore. I just go to see Michelle . She takes care of everything. I personally enjoy her southern hospitality. She is awesome and I will continue to use them with all of my future packages. I’ve never had a problem at all with Michelle or goin postal. Keep up the awesome work that you provide to our community. I will continue to use you! I drove past the post office before I get to where Michelle’s located and will continue to drive past the post office to see Michelle. Thank you for caring about our community and doing an awesome job!

I have been going to this place for years and couldn’t be happier. Michelle has only been helpful and very thorough making sure addresses, emails are all correct before taking my packages. If anything she puts up with my asking questions. Never had any issues. I won’t go anywhere else.

Part 1) As someone who ships regularly through this Goin’ Postal, I honestly don’t know what the bad reviews are about. If your package “never left the facility,” it’s more likely it was never actually dropped off. Michelle can’t scan something that isn’t there.
Also, claiming she was rude for not dropping everything during a busy day, when she’s juggling a dozen tasks and customers, is unfair. Michelle is direct, yes, but rude? Not unless she’s dealing with someone being unreasonable.
Part 2) Michelle is a rockstar. Period. We’ve sent hundreds (yes, hundreds) of packages through this location, many of them time-sensitive or high-value, and not once has she dropped the ball. She’s fast, knowledgeable, no-nonsense, and genuinely cares about getting things out the door the right way. That’s why we, and so many other loyal customers, wouldn’t trust anyone else!
This isn’t a mega-corporation; it’s a small business that runs on hard work, integrity, and family.
If you’re reading reviews, trying to decide whether to trust this location with your shipping needs, don’t let one rant throw you off. Goin’ Postal in Wesley Chapel is the only place we'll go, and Michelle is the reason why.

Michelle This lady is super kind full of cheer. Always making jokes great attitude. Pleasure to deal with always helpful. No complaints. We come here for all of our postal toast. Office stamps packaging you name it. She's got it. Nice place. Nice people that I mentioned. Michelle super cool. Thanks again for all your help.

By far the best shipping center around! Everyone is so kind, so attentive, and truly go the extra mile. This is the only mailing business I use. Also the prices are so afforable ☺️
