Bought a lot of items just before Halloween.Thought I had a pretty ok deal on a pair of sandals. They had no tag but in checkout a supervisor said they looked new but she could give them to me for just less than 2.00 so I bought them & wore them to my daughter's Halloween party. I didn't think about it but I noticed a few people there looking at my feet now I know why. I got home & took them off the black color must have been marker or paint and they turned my feet black ?

Prices are definitely high for a thrift store and everything thrown around and messy isn’t a place you wanna shop. You can barely find anything on clearance that was a red tag at 50% off that week and even if you found something it was mainly something junky and still overpriced. Not worth it.

Used goodwill kid’s t-shirt $4.99.New kid’s t-shirt at Ross $4.99 or $3.99.?♀️?♀️?♀️And don’t let me start about what a disorganized mess the whole store is. Why should I look at every single item, one by one to find my size???? It’s very convenient for the employees but i certainly won’t do that.

This store has become very overpriced. Prices for landfill-quality garments are probably higher than you will pay for new items that are on clearance at Kohl's or Walmart. Ridiculous really. I'm basing my review on two recent trips to this location. Also, after reading about Goodwill's practices I will no longer be buying from or donating to Goodwill. If I had wanted to buy something, the long line of people waiting to check out and only two cashiers would have deterred me.

For a secondhand thrift store the prices are pretty much retail. Considering everything is donated I think it’s ridiculous. If I wanted to pay new prices, I would go to a store to buy the item brand new. On top of that anytime you ask any of the workers for help with anything they seem like it’s such a big problem for them to do their job. I asked one person in the store to help me find the price for the shirt I was trying to purchase, and then was redirected to a different associate who then told me I needed to go to the front to ask. Once I got to the front, I was told that any associate could’ve helped me get a price on the shirt. Once I finally got a price for the shirt, I was told $10. Now, if it was a really nice blouse, I could understand $10. But the fact of the matter is it was a Walmart shirt that could be bought for $5.00 to 8 at the most.I personally would recommend you to just go purchase stuff retail since they are trying to sell it for retail anyway.

If you use a cashapp or google pay do not go here they will refuse your payment, and embarrass you!Went to pay for my purchase using Google pay ( as i always do) and the transaction wouldn't go through. The cashier looked at my phone and saw that i had a cashapp card, I Was told that they no longer accept payments if you are using a cashapp debit card. (But I was using google pay) So i changed the card to my debit card (I always use my Google pay )and they still refused to take my payment, The supervisor on duty told me to go to a ATM? If I had my physical cards i would of just used them! I've shopped here plenty of times using the same exact form of payment and never had an issue. The whole experience was embarrassing, Totally unethical. I will never shop here again.

Great store, clean, pretty well organized, and set up. The housewares area - the 3 aisles could stand to be a food wider for easier passing.

My daughter died and she loved Goodwill. We gave many of her items to the organization including a jewelry box that was mistakenly donated. We left it Saturday evening and my other daughter went back to try to retrieve it on Sunday morning. She could see it as it had not yet been dissemenated throughout the store. The manager, Wayne, told her that he would not give it to her, he would have to file a report and get permission and would call her later that day. We are still waiting for Wayne's phone call. I called the corporate office to speak to "Drew" the person responsible for public relations... the person who answered the phone was very sympathetic, but you probably guessed it...no call back from Drew either. My daughter didn't have any really valuable items but her little treasures were important to us. The only thing that I have to say to Goodwill is "Bye, Felicia" - thanks for putting the perfect cap on what was a terrible journey. Please do not support this awful organization..

I personally like to shop at Goodwill. What I don't like is being pressured to round up!!! Been shopping at the WC Goodwill for years & only in the last year have I felt pressured. After expressing that to manager Misty at that store, I actually went back and looked at some old receipts where I used a card vs paying cash. There were several times I see where I rounded up. I may not remember all the times I said yes but I do know I rounded every other time and it would appear I was not asked and the rep perhaps misunderstood me or intentionally rounded up. I feel as though the cashiers are pushed to reach a quota. Misty would not confirm or deny that so her silence spoke volumes. I am a frequent shopper there so, I said all that to say this - I think there were likely many round ups that I did not agree to. Also when asked what I was rounding for, the answers varied: Charity TrainingVarious Goodwill ProgramsSo, I started digging a little deeper. I suggest you do the same. Bottom line is, I may still shop there, I will not donate, I will not allow my business to volunteer there, and I will no longer round up. I will though for Salvation Army because I can actually see there helping hand. Just thought I'd share personal thoughts.

Nice place to find donated things..some prices are good buys some are overly priced for donations. These are donated items that are really marked up just like in the store. I came here to find discounted or cheaper or good buys. If I wanted to pay retail I won’t go here. They have one good asset there- a helpful and cheery person named Adam- he assist and makes the place a better shopping place to go to. Only a few selected people who you can count with decent personality that works there.Managers may have to learn from Adam with how to deal with people.

I absolutely love shopping here! The manager Ashley is freaking great she did a price check for me on an item I truly loved and was able to give me a very fair price on the item! She is a Rockstar in my eyes! Go Goodwill!
