Teresa was great, she was very patient with us, as we were not sure what we wanted, but she helped us narrow down the style of chair we needed and also the mattress we were most comfortable in.

I just came from a design appointment with Havertys in Wesley Chapel, My salesman was Dennis and my designer was Rodney. They made me feel like royalty the minute I walked in the store a few weeks ago. Dennis was extremely thorough in his explanations of the different types and features of the furniture and when it came time to sit down with Rodney, he had a whole color wheel which helped with not only furniture colors but helped me decided on what colors to paint the walls based on furniture, rugs and accessories. I brought a picture of a wall hanging and Rodney worked hard to get everything to match just perfectly. I am so excited to showcase my new home! Haverty's is top notch and their associates are a class act! Not to mention the furniture is very high quality. I know I made the right choice! Thanks for your help, patience and insight Rodney and Dennis.

The sales associate, Brendan Lacailladee, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though, a chair that I liked and thought about buying a few years ago is no longer available; he went above the norm to try and locate it or one similar for me. Also, he insured the checkout process for my purchase was completed in a timely manner.

I recently purchased a sectional sofa from Haverty’s, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Brendan. From the moment I walked into the store, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly patient as I explored all of the options. Buying furniture can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Brendan made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explain the different features and fabrics, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge of the products was outstanding, and he really listened to what I was looking for to help me find the perfect piece for my home.
What stood out most was his professionalism paired with genuine kindness—he went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and happy with my choice. Thanks to Brendan, I left Haverty’s not only excited about my new sectional but also truly impressed with the level of customer service I received.
If you’re shopping for furniture, I highly recommend asking for Brendan. He is a wonderful representative of Haverty’s, and I’ll absolutely be returning to work with him again in the future!

My wife and I are in the process of staging and selling our new home in order to relocate back to Georgia. We had the pleasure of working with both Jennifer Walterrick (Interior Designer) and Teresa Trabulsy (Sales consultant) in the Lutz, FL Havertys. We have been buying furniture for over 40 years and we can both honestly say we have never been more impressed than we were with these two. They were exceptionally knowledgeable about their inventory and listened to what our needs were and customized their choices around us and our home they are helping us stage/sell. If you go to the Lutz Havertys, these are the two you want to hook up with.

They completely lied about the eta of furniture we ordered and every 4 weeks when we call they tell us another month because of “tariffs”. Maybe you should disclose the 4month plus wait to your customers before they make a purchase. Completely unacceptable. We purchased furniture in June and hopefully will have it by December at this point. Horrible experience and customer service. I just want the furniture I paid for. I’ll just have to call and get told another lie next month when nobody reaches out with an update, again.

I wanted to say we have always purchased our furniture from Haverty's. But this last time, we had some warranty issues, receipt issues and further explanation was needed. Mike the store manager took my call and helped walk me through the issue. Im more than happy to admit when I may be mis aligned or wrong. Mike made good on everything they stated they would and put the issues to bed. thank you mike!

Teresa Trabulsy is always the best to work with; she is why I always come back to Havertys' since 2012. Great friendly professional person, who works with us, the customer, to ensure we like what we are about to purchase. She includes her colleagues in the process, in this case Jenn, interior decorator. Both just made the process easier, fun with no stress.... and all at a great price.
