Accessing it is a little bit of a pain since it’s in the back of the Kia dealership and there are cars everywhere, but the service was great. I picked up my car at 2pm and everyone was very nice and friendly.

Customer service from the desk lady/manager was lack luster despite the fact that I booked a car with them online and showed up in person an hour later to be informed that they don’t even have that car/ that the closest car they had was $30 more a day. Total waste of my time.
