I dealt with Tax Preparers in the past and Ms. Anne Hutchison was the best by far. She was very patient and took her time explaining everything to me and also redid the forms few times because of system errors.
I also learned that Ms. Hutchison is retiring at the end of the month. I wish her the best of luck.

more than 30 years doing my taxes with this company and I had never had any problems with them, but unfortunately I went to do my taxes and I was served by a woman Elizabeth Peterson, a racist woman, full of frustrations, no professionalism, has no idea what she is doing and her personal appearance is anything but impeccable. I left Hrblock very frustrated after an hour and a half speaking English. She had me sitting down to tell me that she prefers to be served by a Latina because she did not feel comfortable with a Latina and did not understand my taxes simply because I am Latina đ She got up from her desk and said sorry, make an appointment with someone who speaks your language. Very rude and I felt like I was discriminated against for being Latina. I think this person should not be in a company like HR block. đĽ˛

My tax person Elizabeth at Wesley Chapel location was rude from the start and unhelpful. Wont be going back here.

I called this H&R Block to ask some questions about my situation, Ann was extremely rude from the beginning but I let it go because itâs a beautiful day, and I wasnât going to let anyone ruin it with their nasty attitude. I got all of the info I needed and thanked her.
A question popped up some short time later, and I decided to call back to clarify some things. Well, Ann picked up again and this time she was over the top rude, saying something along the lines of âI already answered that question.. did you not hear me or what?!â with the worst tone of voice.
I proceeded to tell her that I might of not heard it or understood that part of the conversation seeing I had various different questions. Well, in the middle of speaking she persisted to interrupt me over and over and spoke very loudly and aggressively to me .. I asked her to let me speak and she said âgo ahead, go ahead, go aheadâ like 5 times back to back, once again in a very rude and loud manner. I was in the middle of speaking and she cut me off I donât know how many times after that. I asked to speak to a manager and she said âI am the managerâ, and I couldnât even believe that she was managing the place treating customers like that. I was so shocked at the way I was being treated as a customer and I realized I shouldâve hung up earlier. Needless to say, I would give 0 stars if could on customer service. This H&R Block office lost my business thanks to her.

My preparer was great, the place was nice and everything was professional---but the price has become too steep. $285 for a simple filling. I probably won't be back, sadly as I have been using them for years.
