Enjoy shopping clothes from Jane and jack but today's customer service is really lacking. Two young girls which could care less for customers. I went around 2pm and was never greeted nor asked if I needed anything finally when I wanted to ask something she passed right by without even looking at me to the back with the other girl leaving me alone in the store.....left behind the clothes I was shopping for.

I absolutely love shopping here for my kids but am disappointed they stopped matching their online prices. Unfortunately, this will deter shoppers from buying in store when they can save $$ online. I will continue to shop because the employees are so friendly and the selection is great. Bring back online price matching!

I absolutely love this store! I bought a few items for my 4 years old there and they are great quality (which justify the prices!)
Wish they had bigger sizes so I could shop there too for my 10 years old. She loves their style but nothing there fits her. Their clothes are beautiful

Why is this store at the outlet? $56.00 for a onesie. Huh?! Wow. Has a clearance rack but shouldn’t be at the outlet. Babies outgrow these things so fast. Won’t be shopping here. Blah

Very upset with this store. I picked up a poorly made pajamas ($44) for 18 month old. Lady behind counter kept staring at me like I was going to steal something. When I stared at her back she then asked if I needed help with something. I have never stole anything in my life and I sure don't want to be stared at like I am going to. Especially when I am there with my 2 children and husband. Plus they wanted $72 for baby shoes and they looked cheaply made. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.
