“This was my first time visiting this business, and I brought my watch in for repair. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and, most importantly, with the results. One area where I feel there is room for improvement is communication and providing customers with updates throughout the repair process. You definitely need to be patient, but in the end, the most important thing is that my watch was repaired properly and has been working perfectly without any issues. Despite the communication delays, I’m giving the business 5 stars because my watch is working great, and I’m happy with the quality of the repair. I came in simply to ask about repairing a cuff I had purchased years ago in Savannah one of my favorite pieces. Instead of a quick answer or a simple transaction, Mary took the time to truly assist me, explore options, and guide me through other designs I didn’t even know existed. What stood out most was her authenticity. She made me feel valued as a customer, even though I initially walked in without the intention to purchase anything. Her knowledge, warmth, and passion for the brand were evident she even shared the story behind Brighton as a family business, which made the experience feel even more personal. Because of her exceptional service, I ended up making my first official purchase at my local store spent a little over 400, eve got my step daughter a bracelet and I couldn’t be happier. She also helped me order two bangles that weren’t available in-store, quoting 5–10 days for delivery… and they arrived in just four! Mary, along with the entire team at this location, truly delivers a level of service that goes beyond retail. For the first time, I didn’t feel like a transaction I felt like a valued customer. I only wish I had visited this location sooner”
