I was here on a tour for my son. I’m surprised this school even has any kids enrolled to say the least…The younger side was nice and the kids seemed pretty happy. However I was there to put my son in VPK. When I went over to the VPK side I noticed a teacher being very aggressive and it definitely rubbed me the wrong way the screaming the way she was talking didn’t sound right and what she was saying didn’t either if you don’t wanna be in childcare don’t be in childcare. I noticed the maid doing uncleanliness like things that I didn’t like if the school isn’t getting cleaned properly imagine what else isn’t being done. Also the fact that the specific teacher who seemed a little younger was comfortable enough to act that way in front of people getting a tour imagine what happens when there’s not a tour. I told a friend about the tour I took at this school and apparently there kid has been there before and thank god I didn’t decide to put my son here… there’s no clear rules and there’s no discipline for bad behaviors such as biting and hitting.

I have to agree with other reviewers. The bitting and kids not being held responsible was pretty shocking. We even complained to the director and was told nothing can be done and we are free to remove the kid. I saw teachers were literally chatting instead of making sure kids don’t hurt each other. The constant change of teachers wasn’t a great sign, my kid had 6 different teachers in last 5 months. How was he supposed to have a good experience this way. Just overall bad experience.

I visited the place, it is nice, but we choose another one. The location is convenient as it is located close to SR56 and the primary road is not busy and has connection to Bruce B Downs if you follow the other direction (not to the SR56). The interior looks new as it is in the pictures. The building is wide and clean, people are very kind. Playground is nice. I like the location most, but for other factors I selected another facility.

This was my first time putting my child into a school setting so I was extremely nervous. The staff at Kiddie Academy was so warm and caring and put my mind at ease with their professionalism, kindness, and passion for kids. The school is clean and organized but fun and engaging for the kids who are lucky enough to attend. My only regret is not finding this school sooner!

Update: new management & staff seems way better & more friendly , accepted the mistake during transition and confirmed a spot for my baby . I visited again and I didn’t see kids crying as I saw 5 months ago.
Original review: Quite unhappy with the fact that I thought I was on the waitlist for the last 5 months after getting an email confirmation that my payment was setup so I just called to check in (because it was time for the promised opening) and I was told they don’t have anything on file for me or my child besides the tour we did- clearly a system glitch that is unacceptable. Sure I could have triple checked that they actually charged my bank account after the email confirmation and sure I could have called sooner to check in but I trusted the system too much and it’s a big mistake

We love this daycare! Before relocating to the area from out of state, we made a special trip solely to tour daycares, and this one stood out as our top choice. We're thrilled our daughter was able to enroll much earlier than anticipated. A huge shoutout to the cleaning staff who consistently maintain impeccable standards.

I just have to say, this daycare is AMAZING! The people here are like family. They provide a safe and stimulating environment. I highly recommend this school to any parents looking for a fantastic educational experience for their kids!

My daughter just started but she already loves it. When I picked her up on day two she asked if she could stay a little bit longer to play with her new friends and her teacher. I am sure no daycare is perfect but so far everyone we interacted with from teacher and director to admin staff has been kind, friendly and helpful!

Our daughter went to Kiddie Academy when it first opened (and then aged out) so when it was time for our son to start daycare, there was no doubt about where we were going to send him. Every teacher here is so thoughtful and kind and I know that my son is in the best hands. The director and assistant director (Ms. Tracy and Ms. Lauren) are superhero's. They are incredibly knowledgeable, forward thinking and caring. Sending your baby to daycare can be really scary, but we are so happy to have the teachers and staff at Kiddie Academy! (Big Kuddos to the infant room teachers, Ms. Sam and Ms. Debbie!!)

I love this daycare! My son is learning so much and loves all the activities. He has made great friends in his classroom, and loves his teachers. I'm amazed by how much he's learned when he gets home! I always feel it's safe and has great programs with community partners that help the kids do different activities throughout the week. I also love that the VPK teachers are not only state certified but also college educated. Thanks Kiddie Care!

My son has been here for a year now and we couldn’t be happier. The teachers and staff are always friendly, and they are always there to answers any questions we have. Any issues have been dealt with instantly. My son loves going to school and gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. He especially loves to press the green buttons to sign it. We are very happy here!
