My experience with La Rusa Tax was extremely negative, primarily due to systematic violations of deadlines.
I submitted all necessary documents to prepare my 2023 S Corporation tax return on September 4, 2024. According to their promise, the declaration should have been ready within 5 working days, but the actual deadline was greatly delayed.
I have repeatedly checked with employees when the declaration will be ready. The only answer I received was: “The declaration is being checked by the manager, I’m sorry, but I can’t influence the process.”
The statutory filing deadline for an S Corporation is September 15, 2024.
On September 24, I spoke with Marina Wayne, who promised that the final declaration would be ready the next day. However, on September 25, the declaration was not provided. At this point, I no longer had any confidence in the employees' promises, and I was forced to turn to other specialists to escalate this issue to them. I notified Larusa Tax of this in writing.
On September 26 (three (!) weeks after submitting the documents) I was informed that the declaration was finally ready, as if nothing had happened.
I asked for a refund of the advance payment because the company did not fulfill its obligations on time, but was refused. La Rusa Tax explained this by saying that the declaration was prepared, despite the fact that it was made significantly late.
Violation of deadlines and refusal to admit responsibility indicate a low level of service from La Rusa Tax. I don't recommend it to anyone!

It is a great company with very friendly and professional people. Is doing my taxes with their help for the second year in a row. It is always a clear and understandable process. It is a questionnaire at the beginning and you can see the estimate before something is done. So, you can easily understand the final price beforehand. I love it.
This year I worked with Natalia. She is very nice, she was always ready to answer all my questions and very patient. Thank you La Rusa for your service. I will definitely return next year to do my taxes.
