This place is a joke. The staff are unorganized and very rude! I will never come back here again, I’ve been waiting over an hour. The staff should be fired.

Long wait time. The woman at the front desk was rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t want to be there. When I asked her a simple question, she walked away from her desk and didn’t return for a long time. Terrible service. If I could give them a negative rating , I would . Don’t waste your time coming here.

I would suggest you go somewhere else for lab work. They are consistently running late for appointments but expect you to arrive 15 minutes early. Additionally, some of the staff are extremely rude. I have been here twice and each occasion was a poor experience.

Walk ins are not welcome as stated on the website. You must book an appointment online. They should make that clear. The receptionist was not helpful

They were all nice to me just came in with an appointment checked in on kiosk and they didint take very long to get me will definitly use again

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this facility. The staff was incredibly rude, which made an already stressful situation even worse. When it came time for my blood draw, the procedure was very painful, far more so than any other time I've had blood taken. The lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff left me feeling deeply hurt and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service was incredibly poor due to severe understaffing. Upon arrival, there was no one available at the front desk to address inquiries, resulting in significant delays. I strongly advise against utilizing their services, and if possible, I would rate them zero stars.

This location was great. The tech, Mrs J, if I recall her first initial correctly, was observant that I was in a hurry to get to the doctor and completed the drug test in an efficient and timely manner. She was kind, and it was obvious she was well versed in her work. Thank you!

Walked in before they closed to get blood work. I walked in at 2:28PM and they close at 2:30PM. The only reason I was as late as I was because I went to another location in the Walgreens which had a sign in the door that said temporarily closed. Absolutely ridiculous and no way to treat people who walk in for service after fasting.

Great experience. Reasonable wait time. Friendly staff. Smooth and painless draw. I got to the location about 7am. Used the express check-in. I was called in about 10-15mins. The draw was painless and smooth. The facility was clean and inviting.

Been here for an hour, no one has acknowledged anyone in the lobby. People from the street keep walking straight to the back. This lobby is pact full of angry people who don’t even know if the electronic check is even working.
