Place is nice and clean, staff very professional. Gina made it super easy to change my storage as my needs changed. Really great. My only complaint is that they seem to raise the rates regularly when you're already in there.

Brian was amazing and knowledgeable! Then I made a mistake and got the wrong size went in the next day and Gina was AMAZING and got me all taken care of saved me $$$$ and did it all with amazing customer service!

This storage facility has been fantastic! Office staff is always very helpful and goes above and beyond to answer questions. The available carts are a huge plus and so is the elevator access. Even better is the AC on those hot days when you’re moving things around. I always felt safe going into the facility to access my unit.

I've had a great experience with Life Storage. Over the time I've been with them, they've always been incredibly helpful and understanding. There were a few times when I fell behind on my payments, and they really worked with me during those tough times. They even waived my late fees multiple times without ever questioning why I was late. The staff here is exceptionally nice and always ready to help. I highly recommend Life Storage to anyone in need of storage services—it's truly a place where they care about their customers.
