I wish I could give no stars. Do not come here unless you want to leave without food. I went in at 6:50pm on March 18. I went for a Italian cheese bread, a pepperoni pizza and some of the new puffs. Some other customers and I stood in line for 20 minutes without being helped and no one even came to say “we will be right with you. At least 5 customers came in and left because they were not being helped. This is ridiculous and I will not be back. The staff needs to be fired. Now off to find food elsewhere.

Honestly I barely leave reviews and I love Little Caesar’s , but this is absolutely the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. It’s like they don’t know how to make or cook any of their food. Each time I’ve had this location, it’s been horrible.

They use DoorDash and you don’t get your food. Then they want you to wait 10 days for a refund. The lady just left our order somewhere in the wrong complex. They also don’t answer the phone at the store. Never ordering again.

Waited 30+ minutes for a cheese pizza because they only have one working oven. And it wasn’t even cooked all the way, the girl with braided pigtails was very nice and accommodating, but Randall has no personality/social skills.

Do not go here if you want a “hot and ready”pizza as advertised . I arrived at 7pm Saturday (dinner time) and I order one cheese pizza . There were 2 other people in the store waiting for a pizza when I arrived. I stepped aside for others to order and I was not the only person waiting. A line formed quickly and very few pizzas were coming out. By the 15 minute mark there were 10 people in the store , some had ordered most did not. Even people who ordered ahead online were waiting . I spoke to the younger kid in the front who asked if I wanted a refund when I asked what’s going on with my pizza. I said sure but I want my pizza . The “manager” Tory was awfully rude when I asked to still get my pizza I had ordered at this point 20 minutes earlier . He said either I keep waiting or I can get a refund and leave without the pizza. My kids were hungry after a long day and I THOUGHT a quick and cheap pizza was the best bet for us. I was so wrong. There was never an “I’m sorry about the wait” or any type of customer service at all. Who ever runs this place should take a long look at their management and who they make the “boss” when they aren’t there. In the time I spent at the store I could have driven to a dominos or papa John’s and had a pizza . Hot and ready is not what you get at this store, you get awful service and frustration. Tory should be fired .

Can you guys remember to give the drivers the drinks on delivery orders? Other than that I wish the food arrived hotter but thats not really their fault I blame the driver for not keeping the food warm or even asking for the

Ordered on door dash. When driver went to pick up the order they said the order went out which it never did. Little Caesar’s said they had to remake the order and when it got delivered both orders of bread were completely raw. It was sliced dough not even cooked . Tried to call the store but no would

I ordered a cheese, olive and green pepper pizza with extra sauce and this is what I got. It's like they reversed what I asked them to do. Even my receipt says EXTRA SAUCE.

Pickup time was 5:15. Ordered an hour and 15 minutes before to schedule that pickup time. Get there and food was not ready until 5:35. Both Supreme pizzas were not fully cooked.

Tried calling multiple times ahead of time to just pick up a pizza on the way home, nobody answered. I went in to see if the phones were down or something but the employees were too busy talking to each other about taylor swift to pick up the phone or even help me at the register. You guys gotta fix things because that's pretty unacceptable.

I was charged 2× for my pizza then when I called the women working there was VERY rude!!! I have never dealt with a more rude person in my life! I will be contacting corporate.

I ordered through the portal, upon arriving a few minutes late for my order, I was told they have not even started it yet and it would be another 45 minutes! The employees are in the back on FaceTime. Goofing off with a phone in everyone's hand and meanwhile I am standing with 7 other customers that ordered ahead and was told 45 minutes as well. One customer become so enraged due to the entire staff goofing off and rude nature, instead of working and waiting so long that he left screaming at employees. Now I am standing here with a packed lobby meanwhile employees are facetiming someone about things they bought at Marshall's.. Where is a manager? A boss? A responsible adult? We can't seem to get a refund, if anyone customer says anything to them in the back all we get is "45 minutes" said out loud again. Only 1 guy and 1 girl is actually working. The others are on FaceTime talking to EACH OTHER about their $185 dollar hoodie he got at Marshall's for $18.? I feel bad for the poor girl because she's getting chewed out by customers. Smh now i ordered deep dish pizzas but did not receive them because "oh we don't have any dough defrosted"Go elsewhere! This place sucks now.
