Mazda Of Wesley Chapel has great service and taje care of my car. They diagnosed the car for any battery issue abs any maintenance are needed. Technician is very informative of what the car needed to get it fix. They send video text to view what they did to the car. Advisor follow up to confirm what I agree or disagree of what I need to service the car before they continue the job. Mazda even offer free car loan if I need to go home and leave the car for major service to get it fix. I don't need car loan because service takes only an hour. Great customer service from manger, technician, and advisor. Advisor consult and explains what it needs for the car services. Mazda car is so reliable vehicle as long as you maintain good care of the car.

Mazda of Wesley Chapel is THE place to buy a vehicle. The staff at Mazda of Wesley Chapel is THE BEST in town! You will get the BEST deal, not to mention FIVE-STAR service and parts. I have yet to meet ANYONE there that is not willing to go out of their way to make the customer happy! In the service department, Donnie Smith and Holwing Moon are EXCELLENT!! Go SEE MAZDA OF WESLEY CHAPEL!!!

Baird King called and addressed my concerns and said he would investigate the matter further. I learned to do due diligence when purchasing and inspecting a used vehicle with underlying issues. The phone call was much appreciated.

I made a deal for a Mazda 2023 from this dealer online (Wesley chapel Mazda). Online it had a little over 100 miles, but when I got there to sign the papers, it was over 3k miles, big difference for me. I told them I had a handicapped spouse and I could not be at the dealer for several hours as they usually do. But they tried to make it up with some free stuff, however, part of it was charged in the over all deal. BTW, the "lifetime" oil change, is not Free, like they advertise it, you pay for it. Then, I went to one of their "Lithia" chains. I went there this past Friday for an oil change, they found a nail in my tire (which I have coverage for), didn't have the same tire, which I understand. It's Tuesday night and I have not heard from them. I'm very disappointed with the service and what they promised. My advice, doesn't matter who you buy from, get what you want up front, cause after that, they don't care about you.

If you wonder why this dealership only has 2 and a half stars based on 60 plus reviews - DONT WONDER!!! May be the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. Don't waste any time sending e-mails, contact info, etc. It is a complete waste of time. I was looking to purchase a car for my daughter. I saw several cars they had listed with a price listed. I went thru all the trouble of e-mailing, waiting on a sales person to return my calls and talking thru the details of the car. After all of the hassle I asked for my price out the door. I wasn't financing, just paying cash. The price went from $15,404 to $21,500 plus or minus. When I was totally confused the salesperson said she would have a manager call. He called and said that was the reconditioning fee. He also told me to look in the surrounding area and that was a great price. I really do not know how people stay in business operating like this. I can only imagine how bad they would screw you if you took your car to them for any type of service. Autotrader should kick every user off their site that operates in this manner. I will be using someone other than autotrader in the future until they make some changes and manage their site more professionally. I would stay as far from Mazda of Wesley Chapel as possible. I wish I would have had this review to read before wasting my time.

Was looking in line for cars. Found one I liked at mazda of WC. Drove a hour to look at it. Surprise they sold it four days earlier . Ok. Well I'm willing to look at another. Got a price quote , then went for a test drive. A lot higher priced than the original car I wanted to look at . Decided to think on it. About 20 min later I called the sales rep. Was informant that the price went up 2k. The. Stated that he never gave me a actual price for the car . I said It's even on the internet the quoted price. Nope. Nice bait and switch ! Not sure if that's legal in Florida ? I'm guessing he just made a price up to get me in the test drive Then made a bunch of excuses as to why it was more. F'n Liar. Before you go there, make sure the car you want it on the lot

So I understand that it is policy to charge for an inspection that is never the issue the issue is whether or not it will be of any value I recently purchased a 94 Miata The car is running great but I thought I'd bring it over to get inspected and do my due diligence like a responsible person I called to schedule this and the guy tries to talk me out of it because there's no lights on the dash I ask him is it possible you could also visually inspect it to see if anything is wrong and they say well we're not gonna look at the spark plugs which is not something I asked, this becomes ridiculous conversation where the guy just assumes that I bought a beater and I want to see if anything is wrong with it whereas in reality they could make money like a business but rather than do any of that now I am never going to spend any money at this dealership it might be conveniently close to me in Wesley Chapel but I'll go over to Saint Pete where they have a 4.0 rating and seem like they actually know what they're doing also just in general the photography that shows off the place when you look it up looks crummy that lobby looks horrible I have bought a brand new mini Cooper I know what it's supposed to be like when you buy something from a dealership I cannot recommend not going to this place more I've driven past it once now already it's not the place you go to buy a car an apparently it's not the place to go to service one either I'm not gonna name names and get people fired for doing a bad job but just in general it seems like a low-end dealership in terms of they do scummy things and you just Gotta be aware of that! hopefully this review will do that for you. Ps: I can't shake the feeling that this place is a front for something, Mazda has lost its way wether it be the commercial of the Jhon Wick guy driving luxury or this piss poor excuse of service or a dealership! All in all they just won't a paycheck here.

They want to charge fees for lease buy out at Ferman. I called Charlie at Wesley Chapel as he was the sales guy I got the lease from. He told me to come on over to WC location and he would take care of me. I get there and he turns me over to his associate who just scrambled the numbers and still charged all the fees (3,000). My buy out was 15,000 but bluebook was at least 16,000. I think they just wanted my car back so they could sell it for 20,000. I drove over an hour to get there thinking Charlie was going to rectify the situation and all he did was lie! They are way too shady for me to do business with. Never again!

Kevin (Parts Manager) & his team provided outstanding customer service. Kevin helped me get a replacement part for my 2013 Mazda CX-5 on the same day & honored a price match. When I arrived at the dealer, the parts counter was very organized & my order was ready to go. Thank you!

Had a driver for transportation while you wait this time. Still 1.5-2 hours for an oil change. All in all though, I didn't have to walk to the Winghouse.

Staff is beyond rude- took my car in for an oil change with an appt. After two hours they decided to finally take my car just to pop the hood for 3 mins and change my oil. Tried calling for an update since my husband was there but nobody at front desk for 2 hours and I was asked "if your husbands here why can't he just go up to the desk" from someone in sales who was quite possibly the rudest human being I've ever spoke to. Do better.
