Baird King called and addressed my concerns and said he would investigate the matter further. I learned to do due diligence when purchasing and inspecting a used vehicle with underlying issues. The phone call was much appreciated.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. Would not recommend whatsoever. Purchase a vehicle from literally ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP!!! BUYER BEWARE.I drove multiple hours to see a vehicle with plans to purchase the vehicle. I get there to find out the vehicle was falsely advertised online. Dents on the vehicle, different mirrors than in the pictures, trying to charge more $ for normal vehicle maintenance that is expected to be done (and if you wanted to charge the buyer for this- include it in the listed price.....it's not that hard.....), etc. If I had known what a terrible experience it would be dealing with their team, I never ever would have gone and wasted my entire day. They also have little to no respect for Veterans (and it's Veterans Day weekend of all weekends!!!????!) offering zero discount on any used vehicles. Such a scam. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted hours of my life negotiating back and forth. No wonder they have so much inventory.

1. Your engine and cabin air filters are way to expensive to replace for such a simple process and low cost of the filters.2. Your staff is more concern on getting a 10 in their review than actually giving you a good service. I don’t blame them, I think you have to review your incentive program.

I made a deal for a Mazda 2023 from this dealer online (Wesley chapel Mazda). Online it had a little over 100 miles, but when I got there to sign the papers, it was over 3k miles, big difference for me. I told them I had a handicapped spouse and I could not be at the dealer for several hours as they usually do. But they tried to make it up with some free stuff, however, part of it was charged in the over all deal. BTW, the "lifetime" oil change, is not Free, like they advertise it, you pay for it. Then, I went to one of their "Lithia" chains. I went there this past Friday for an oil change, they found a nail in my tire (which I have coverage for), didn't have the same tire, which I understand. It's Tuesday night and I have not heard from them. I'm very disappointed with the service and what they promised. My advice, doesn't matter who you buy from, get what you want up front, cause after that, they don't care about you.

We were met at the door by Elias Hernandez. He was quite welcoming and naturally excited to see us. We looked at the CX-30 and Elias was very knowledgeable on this model. He pointed out so many advantages the carbon model had and showed our daughter, who was purchasing the car, how to use various features.Elias was super good at sharing facts and never promised what he could not deliver. He was very professional throughout our negotiations and helped us complete the deal as quickly as he could. We loved working with him to make a final deal. I would highly recommend working with him to purchase a new Mazda. Go Wesley Chapel Mazda!!!

If you wonder why this dealership only has 2 and a half stars based on 60 plus reviews - DONT WONDER!!! May be the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. Don't waste any time sending e-mails, contact info, etc. It is a complete waste of time. I was looking to purchase a car for my daughter. I saw several cars they had listed with a price listed. I went thru all the trouble of e-mailing, waiting on a sales person to return my calls and talking thru the details of the car. After all of the hassle I asked for my price out the door. I wasn't financing, just paying cash. The price went from $15,404 to $21,500 plus or minus. When I was totally confused the salesperson said she would have a manager call. He called and said that was the reconditioning fee. He also told me to look in the surrounding area and that was a great price. I really do not know how people stay in business operating like this. I can only imagine how bad they would screw you if you took your car to them for any type of service. Autotrader should kick every user off their site that operates in this manner. I will be using someone other than autotrader in the future until they make some changes and manage their site more professionally. I would stay as far from Mazda of Wesley Chapel as possible. I wish I would have had this review to read before wasting my time.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you’re thinking about buying a used or preowned certified car from them don’t do it. I’ve had multiple issues since I’ve got a car from this dealership and now I’m stuck yet again with a car that does not work. I’ve only had the car for under a year and I’m already experiencing engine issues, oil issues , trunk issues , the paint is peeling on my ENTIRE car, and my car will occasionally not start or will stall. They claimed that the car had no issues but it did. My check light turned on as soon as I left the property. They’re not honest, and they don’t thoroughly check their cars out.Stay away .everyday that I’ve tried to use my car a new issue has come up it’s ridiculous. I’m stuck paying off on a car that doesn’t work.

Glad I went back to this dealer. Sales presentation was great this time, management was courteous and prompt to assist me. Buying process was a breeze. Finance closer was terrific. I got a great deal in my opinion and they were very pleasurable to do business with. This review replaces my earlier one. Give these guys a chance to sell you a vehicle. I did great by them thanks again you guys. Absolutely love my Corvette!!!!!

Great experience at this dealer- Ty Scranton was a super nice salesperson, answered all my questions politely and with patience !Initial contact with Brandon was great too, helped negotiate a deal prior to visiting even though we were looking at different models.Highly recommended !!They work hard to earn your business !

I drove from Melbourne, FL to look at a specific car I saw here that was online. This was my 3rd or 4th dealership going to and was a little nervous since my experience with the past dealerships weren't the best. However, everything exceeded my expectations. Brandon was helping me, and he made the process very easy and hassle free. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend buying a car from them!

Worked with TY on a deal on a non Mazda car. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. I buy a lot of cars and this is the first time I left very pleased with how I was treated. The young man was awesome!!

Was looking in line for cars. Found one I liked at mazda of WC. Drove a hour to look at it. Surprise they sold it four days earlier . Ok. Well I'm willing to look at another. Got a price quote , then went for a test drive. A lot higher priced than the original car I wanted to look at . Decided to think on it. About 20 min later I called the sales rep. Was informant that the price went up 2k. The. Stated that he never gave me a actual price for the car . I said It's even on the internet the quoted price. Nope. Nice bait and switch ! Not sure if that's legal in Florida ? I'm guessing he just made a price up to get me in the test drive Then made a bunch of excuses as to why it was more. F'n Liar. Before you go there, make sure the car you want it on the lot

My service advisor Holwing and my service technician were both great and treated me with respect and made sure I understood what was wrong with my vehicle and what they were doing to fix it.I appreciate the kindness that they both treated me with and how my technician made sure my car was safe to drive again when he gave it back to me!GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
