They weren’t able to resolve my issue, but at least they explained why I was unable to make phone calls. They provided me with a direct contact number for a tech. Now my phone works perfectly.

He was not pushy And trying to sell me anything but he did get me started on a new phone line and I got a new phone he help set it up extremely nice and I felt he went a little bit above and beyond to give Me peace of mind

This place was not busy. I waited fpr 2hrs and was turned away in tampa. Noah helped me figure out hpw tp access my acct aand took his time with my dead and dying phones after water damage. I was able to fix my issue under a time crunch so greatful.
