I ordered balloons online and realized one was missing when I got home. I called the store to tell them one of my balloons is missing and the lady that answered was extremely rude. She was basically saying all my balloons were there when I got them, even though she wasn’t the one who gave my the balloons. She said she checked the security camera when I was leaving and that all the balloons are there. However, the balloons are tied together at the bottom and clipped at the top, so how is there two when I left and only one now. Her overall attitude was horrendous, talking over me, and being disrespectful in general. I didn’t call to argue or let me be blamed for a missing balloon that was clipped and tied to the other seven, I just wanted to resolve the issue in a calm way.

I've never met this Michael fella but I love his store... I am somewhat crafty and I feel the need to personalize everything... so I love a good craft store.

My experience shopping online at Michael's and using their drive up to pick up my order was disappointing from start to finish. First, I ordered a lovely vase which I ended up receiving an email a few days later that it was out-of-stock, then when I went to pick-up the rest of my order all of the bamboo sticks were cracked, lastly the employee who brought the sticks to the car was rude and tried to downplay the fact that the poles were split. She didn't even help me with placing them in the car, being that they were 6ft in length. She just parked the buggy and left. I don't think I'll be doing any online shopping with this store again. Oh, and it's been 2 weeks, and I've yet to recover a refund for the vase that magically wasn't in-stock anymore.

I can always lift my spirits by going to Michael's. There is something for everybody and you can spend hours just dreaming of all the precious stuff you can make.

These raw, wood homes/buildings were bought a few weeks before Christmas. I got each one in our family a different one, and planned a family craft night. The kids LOVED this, and are already asking about doing it again this year. Michael's has the best crafts! (These will go up every year as seasonal decor...but the memories from this fun family time is priceless!) And they light up!!!!

Kathleen is wonderful! We needed help with custom framing for a piece of art very meaningful to us. Kathleen has an eye for design! She showed us several ideas, explaining along the way how she was coming up with each. She was patient and we left feeling very good about our final selection. When we picked up our framework our jaws hit the floor how amazing it turned out! Thank you Kathleen!

Curly-haired associate at register on 4/13 afternoon needs add'l training on customer service and/or attitude adjustment. My sister was trying to use their website coupon from her phone to which she didn't hear the associate respond that the scanner wouldn't take the barcode bc her phone was on "night setting" (never had issues at other locations before). My sister was clueless (didn't hear) and was waiting to pay. Me standing behind seeing the associate not acknowledging that my sister maybe didn't hear her asked the associate if she got what she needed to which repeated the same thing to me. So I had to step-in and play "mediator" bc the associate already seemed to have an attitude like my sister (visibly wearing a hearing aid) had intentionally ignored her. I explain to my sister to which she turned on the screen to the brightest setting and associate says it's still in night setting (black background on Michael's website) - my sister isn't aware of night setting and how to adjust nor would I without spending significant time to figure that out so I say - can't you just type in the code? Associate visibly annoyed says "YEAH, I guess" all exasperated. OK?? I'm sorry, is that not what the code is exactly for as an alternative to scanning? I really had to suggest that for you to do your job?

Brittaney was amazing! I got the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at any Michael’s store. I came in needing help framing two of my paintings and Brittaney went above and beyond to assist me in making the right purchase. This is now my favorite Michael’s store and I plan on shopping for my art projects at this location in the foreseeable future. Five star customer service, Brittaney is courteous and highly competent!

My goto place for any craft ideas, art work, home decor and school projects. Everything is well organized and easy to find. Depending on budget can plan work and also associates are helpful in assisting. And for materials there are varying levels of quality and pricing. It gives us many alternatives
