I went the the MINI of Wesley Chapel after seeing a car online. When I walked in I was immediately helped by Andres, he brought me the car and explained all of the gadgets on the inside while we test drove. The car was in beautiful shape and Andres did a great job helping me understand the full potential of this MINI. When we went inside Andres provided the car facts while asking how I liked the car. The process was fast and stress free. As this is my first time purchasing a car for myself I really appreciated Andres taking the time to explain everything and being patient with me. Before I left the car was detailed and Andres made sure I had a full tank of gas. Not only that, Andres hand delivered the second key once it arrived at the dealership. I will definitely be recommending Andres and look forward to coming back for my next car. I love my new MINI!

My car started leaking coolant, and I called Mini Roadside immediately. Their customer service was great, I then called this Mini location and spoke to Tessa who was super sweet and informative. Everyone at Mini was super nice, my biggest issue is that I was told the coolant leak was under warranty. There was never any “if, ands or but’s” at any point during my multiple conversations. I spoke to Frankie in person and asked twice if this leak was under warranty, and I was assured twice that it was. I even mentioned that I wouldn’t want to be surprised with a giant bill. That ended up happening. Allegedly a pebble hit the radiator which in turn voids the warranty. I was told I had to pay $2,100. I was shocked and pretty upset as I was told 3/4 times by Frankie, Tessa, and another BMW employee, that the car only had 8k miles, and this would be covered under the manufacturer warranty. They had already checked the car out and assessed the situation. As someone who works in sales, I understand how warranties work, but I also value customer satisfaction and I know there are things a manager can do or overrride.It should be made VERY clear that until a thorough inspection happens, you may be liable and the warranty could be void. When I went to pick up the car I had two options, pay the bill or sign up for a credit card with 6 months interest free, that can only be used at a dealership, where they probably collect some sort of commission for pushing this card. $150 was taken off the bill, which in my opinion, is not enough. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed.

I’m not one to be easily moved or impressed by most customer service or sales experiences due my feelings that the true objective of the business or operations that I’m interacting with is only out to profit from me. But that was all erased by my pleasant experience while visiting and making a purchase of two vehicles from MINI of Wesley Chapel. Upon our arrival my wife and I intended to investigate the MINI brand and models offered. David our salesperson genuinely greeted us and offered to answer any questions we had on our minds. I am very pleased with our entire experience with sales department but we are also impressed by the Service Staff as well. We were introduced to Frank and Derek service advisors, who not only answered our questions about maintenance but also informed us of what to expect upon any future visits. My Wife and I are both singing praises about our experience with MINI of Wesley Chapel.

Went in for an oil change and to check the lever on the convertible top. It took 15 minutes just to check in and the oil change took 2 hours and 20 minutes. I finally went and asked and was told they were finishing it up. All they did was the oil change as they didn’t have the part for the other repair. It wasn’t until after that that I got the video to review. Had I not gone and asked who knows how much longer I would have waited. Might try Tampa next time to see if service is better.

Frankie is patient and professional in his customer service. I ask a lot of questions about the work being done and the condition of my MINI Cooper. On one occasion, Frankie took the time to clearly explain the condition of my tires and the reasons for the wear-and-tear. And on a different visit, he listened to my concerns about multiple service reminders and the best ways to manage them. He is personable and focused on providing the best service possible.

So glad I came across Eric during our car's service. He went above and beyond and made sure my concern regarding the wipers and scratched windshield were taken care of before I left the dealership. Windshield and wiper needs to be replaced under warranty. Great customer service!

Derek was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! Though the long wait was beyond his control he made certain he checked in to see how I was doing, that really meant alot to me. I met some great people in the waiting area, that made the time go by. My car came out the service bay cleaner than when it went in and performed 100% better. Between Frankie and Derek with "the good hair", I always feel like family when I visit this dealership and would recommend it to anyone. Peace and blessings.

Rafael was amazing from day 1 to the time I drive my MINI of the lot. The best kind of salesperson, he listened to my needs & wasn't pushy. The finance team was great as well, since my credit isn't stellar, working with me until 2 hours after closing. I'm so completely appreciate to them all & look forward to working with them again on the next vehicle. Don't go anywhere else but BMW/MINI of Wesley Chapel...you won't be sorry!!!

I had a pleasant experience especially considering I didn’t have an appointment. Derek, my service writer was not only informative and communicative, he was helpful. My tire/wheel warranty wasn’t in the system and I didn’t have the documentation with me. He contacted the other dealership to obtain a copy. The waiting area isn’t as accommodating, but that’s due to the renovations. This service department is great.

Excellent customer service, Mr. Lynch, the service representative was outstanding, he was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the maintenance. He gave me a reasonable estimate for timing of the maintenance work, and was exactly what it took. The mechanic shared a video of my vehicle inspection with recommendations, which was great. The waiting area was stocked with snacks and beverages. Overall above my expectations, I would absolutely recommend and I will go back!

The Service Department at Mini of WC is beyond measure!! They are efficient and honest. The mechanics provide a video of the issue and full inspection. Derek, my Service Associate the last two times, was phenomenal! He is super patient, kind and helpful. I would recommend this team every time!!

I always get great service at the dealership. Derek took good care of me, and the car was ready in a timely manner. The only thing keeping it from being five stars is that they under-inflated my tires (28psi - it's supposed to be 32psi), and the warning message came up on my drive home, where I had to inflate them to the proper pressure.

Very busy and the level of customer service dropped a notch or two since the last time I went there 8 months ago. People used to greet you better and walk you through the whole service process. This time it seemed rushed and treated like a number vs a customer. No thank you or is there anything I can assist you with. Do you have any concerns about your vehicle that's leaking oil today, instead it's $570 to even discuss and research the reasons why you may be leaking oil. I look forward to seeing if they improve their customer service next time I'm there.

They have ruined me. Their service was awesome. The service writer Wilbert was the type of person i would always want to deal with. If all your employees are like him I’ll definitely be back. 19 stars.
