Have been going there for years with great customer service. My last time there, they informed me that my birth control was not covered by me insurance. I offered to pay out of pocket... no problem. The ARNP decided to refuse service and would not give a reason. CVS then proceeded to send me a bill for $99! It seems like the nurse had a personal opinion and decided to take it out on me. I will not go back!

I recently visited the CVS clinic and had an unfortunate encounter with a nurse practitioner named Tara. Despite arriving an hour before closing and needing medical attention, I was turned away with a brief explanation that she didn’t have time to see me. What compounded my frustration was observing Tara apparently not engaged in any activities for the next 30 minutes, she scrolled her cell phone and sat there doing absolutely nothing until her next scheduled appointment. This experience felt not only dismissive but also unprofessional, as it seemed my health concern was not taken seriously. Although I was in complete tears and begging her to take 20 minutes with me she crossed her arms and said “ sorry have a good day”It’s important for healthcare professionals to communicate with empathy and professionalism, especially in settings designed to offer community care and support. You never know what a person is going through. It costs absolutely NOTHING to be kind.I hope this feedback encourages a review of patient interaction standards at this CVS location to improve future patient experiences.

The person who examined me wasn't willing to look at my rash until the end of her on-line Q&A. Apparently, CVS Minute Clinics use a inferencing engine to diagnose problems instead of hiring talented medical staff. I went to see my primary care doctor after the long weekend and he said it was shingles, not a fungus. Be cautious.

Close at 530, woooow not even 430 and there is not patients waiting to see the Dr, and "Dr." Said sorry I can not see you this late 430pm. What a nice customer service and compassion for patients, don't use this location to Minite clinics. Not worthy. ????

Booked a fasting blood draw, but the CNA quit and the "nurse practitioner" who has ordered my blood draws in the past couldn't do it. No call or email to cancel, I had to physically show up to get turned away. She tried telling me they weren't a lab. I understand that, but why was I able to book the appointment for something THEY HAVE DONE AT THIS LOCATION?! I shouldn't have expected too much from a "doctor" at CVS. Useless.

Nurse Samantha is outstanding!! She helped my nervous 4 year old feel at ease receiving his vaccine. She was incredibly patient and understanding. She even pretended to give his stuffed animal a shot first, to show him exactly what to expect. She is truly wonderful, and went above and beyond. My son asked if he can go back so she can give him his flu shot too!

I went because of pain that I thought was a urinary tract infection. The made a urinalysis and it came back with blood present. I was prescribed antibiotics. After 5 days they sent a message saying they tried to contact me even tho they had my phone number. They send me a letter said I had no infection yet they gave me antibiotics. Thanks for nothing

I needed a prescription filled quickly and could not get anyone to see me. I scheduled this appointment online and the women in the clinic were quick & professional. They solved my issue and got my prescription filled within 20 minutes. I am so grateful!

I made an appointment to have my serious atopic dermatitis looked at for infection. I arrived on time. I was evaluated by an intake nurse…. I then proceeded to wait 50 minutes to be seen when the clinics was empty. I asked for an update multiple times and kept being told it would be 10 more minute. Don’t waste your time here, because they are neither prompt not efficient.

I had a wonderful experience with Samantha! I came in for a vaccine and Samantha was so calm and understanding of my fear of needles. I was shocked that I didn’t even feel it when she gave me tge vaccine. I would 100% go back to Samantha for any vaccines I may need. Thanks Samantha!

I don't think you should be able to make an appointment!!! I got there at 10:30 sick as can be and had to wait until 2 to be seen because others came in with appointments and got to go a head of me! Not fair if you ask me. The nurse was very kind and took good care of me though! I'm thankful they were opened on a Sunday!
