Wiregrass location has gone downhill. Will not return. The manager Mike is so rude. He was very impatient with us while we were ordering. Talking over me, rushing me. We were the only ones in line ordering why the rush to the point of rudeness? Store wasn't clean, 1 of the 2 drink machines wasn't working. Did not feel like a valued a customer. Also, the prices are now outrageous. $70+ for 4 food items and 4 drinks and treated rudely by management. No way I will return to any Moe's. Service was unacceptable.

I am a regular Moe’s customer and I always get the bowl half chicken and half steak and it was the first time I stopped at this location . I was dealt with a very rude and grumpy man making the bowl (his name is Mike?) . He rudely said “what you want ?” I told him I want the half chicken and half steak and he again responded rudely and said “we don’t do that here” . I told him that I always get it that way and he got mad and said ,”I said we don’t do that and you can have either one or you go to that other store.” I was very upset with this experience. This type of sour puss man shouldn’t be in customer service. Fire this guy Mike and then I will change my review

The food here is AMAZING and the staff SUPER FRIENDLY. I cannot comment on other things at this time as I went there the first time on the national BOGO burrito day. The food is so delicious and they don’t skimp on the portions.I know this is my regular place from now on. Not going to ‘Cxxxxxxx’ any more.

Staff was meh. I said Thank You and all 4 people behind the counter stared at me and said nothing. Ok no big deal, they aren’t the best with human interaction. The chicken may really cause someone to choke over there someday. Dry, flavorless food. There was a weird staff member guarding the salsa station asking if we were going to have any. Im like well does it cost extra cuz we just spent $50 bucks on two kids meals and 6 tacos. Never again!

Food is decent but the staff is god awful. There were two younger men behind the counter making burritos and were swearing up a storm in front of me and another couple of customers. The manager was present and did nothing. I asked for a container of extra salsa and they charged me FIVE DOLLARS. When I asked why they were charging me the same price for a larger container of their normally FREE salsa as they would queso or quac of the same size they told me to blame Biden. I don’t mind paying for extra salsa but five dollars is a bit ridiculous and then to have the unprofessional men behind the counter bring politics into it was just asinine. I’m a chill person but what is actually going on at that location is beyond me.

Like Chipotle but Better. Serve yourself Salsa bar with 5 types of Salsas. Chips included with your meal always. Make sure to download the app at least 24 hrs prior if you plan on using a specialty price meal.

I was looking forward to eating here all day after my workout. I arrived at 8:20 and they close at 9:00 but both doors were locked and had chairs in front of them. This happened to my husband a couple months ago too. If they are going to close before 9:00, they need to advertise this. It ruined my whole day unfortunately. I took my business elsewhere to the restaurant nearby called Azteca which I do highly recommend.

Not sure if it was the manager or what but this lady was short with black hair and was very rude guarding the door and didnt even help said they were not seating and just taking online order but the online service was out and when we asked for help she quickly turned us away as she let others in Horrible experience.

I came in first thing out my mouth to the employee (Manager Mike) was hello and he replied with busy. I took a look around there was literally two couples in the restaurant. After he made my burrito I said thank you to which he ignored. He wasn’t pleasant in the slightest. A grumpy man like that why do a job that requires good customer service. He is rude and I literally watched a customer walk out because how he was with that individual. I wish I would have gotten a corporate number because as I dined in he was selective on who he was kind to and who he wasn’t. I asked if the store was a franchise or corporately ran and was advised by another employee it was corporately ran. He is not an asset to the business in fact he will cause the restaurant customers.

First time to Moe’s. 3 meals for over $50. They over charge for everything and give you minimal portions. Rude staff. As we sat down another customer walks by and said I know I didn’t just pay $31 for a burrito. Definitely not worth it. Will never visit another Moe’s again.

Staff was quick and fast, but the portions that we received in our bowl and burrito was sad. Not worth the price this trip. The moes on 54 is way better.

Place is DIRTY! We are inside for the 1st time in 5 years ( patio and outdoor scenery is too good to miss!) .It’s cleaner outside then in dining area! Whom ever is the GM/Area Manager/ or Franchisee should be embarrassed!Now, I see others from 2-3 months ago had the same experience with cleanliness, Hum.Somebody , even though they have responded on others reviews , well frankly isn’t doing anything about it.Listen , Wesley Chapel is challenged with the lack of restaurants- which will change within time - but subjecting customers to lower standards is just unacceptable.We love Moe’s have for years , in numerous different states- the product is great HOW this particular establishment provides is below standard. CLEAN IT UP!
