Dawn and Judy are awesome. Judy is very helpful, friendly and best of all funny! I also got the best price in the Wesley Chapel area. They are both very welcoming and helpful. Thank you beautiful ladies for a great experience.
Update*** they were great moving in and great moving out. Definitely will use them again.

had an extremely negative experience with this storage facility. I explained to them that I was dealing with a family member who has a terminal illness and asked if they could give me more time or place my unit in a later auction. When it came to the Director of Operations, there was absolutely no compassion or willingness to help. They went ahead and auctioned off all of my belongings without any consideration for my situation.
To make matters worse, after auctioning my items, they had the audacity to send me a survey as if nothing had happened. They showed no compassion, no understanding, and no care for their customers. On top of that, they sold my belongings for more than what was owed, yet I never received the remainder balance they were supposed to return.
Think twice before storing your valuables here. If you ever face an emergency, do not expect empathy or fair treatment (Dawn) they will auction off your belongings without hesitation.

Terrible service and communication from its staff. I didn’t not even get to use the free truck for my move in due to their lack of communication amongst themselves. I gave them a 5 or more notice and when I went to go pick up the truck the lady at the front desk had an attitude opening the he closed door as if I was an inconvenience to her. Would not recommend!

The staff was incredible and answered all questions I had. This place is way less expensive compared to the rodent infested facility I was previously at. They provide carts and a free box truck (if needed). Everything is inside a secured, clean facility. Very pleased!!

Judy was exceptional and stopped her lunch when I pulled in with a fully loaded u haul to see that all my needs were met. She was fantastic. Because of her I'd highly recommend Morningstar along with a very clean environment to store your belongings :) !!

This is my second time renting a storage unit from Morningstar Storage. Dawn & Judy are just amazing and make the whole process so very simple. The facility is clean and well kept!! This is my go to Storage Facility for my excess items!!!

Extremely satisfied with this company. The location is very well maintained and convenient. The staff, Dawn and Judy, provide excellent customer service. They are always available to answer questions and offer help with anything that is needed.
