I am beyond happy and excited for my wedding, however, shopping isn’t something I enjoy doing. After putting off wedding gown shopping, I made an appointment at Nikki’s Glitz and Glam Boutique in Wesley Chapel. I couldn’t be happier I did. What an amazing place all around. Rachel was absolutely wonderful and it was clear to me she loves what she does. Her genuine care and expertise made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Since I have worked in a retail environment for over 17 years, I highly value customer experience, professionalism, efficiency, and follow up. Thank you, Rachel, and the entire team at Nikki’s Glitz and Glam Boutique, for exceeding all of my expectations and making this experience so special.

I took my daughter to Nikki’s in hopes of purchasing her Senior Prom Dress. We had the pleasure of working with Destiny. We had a fantastic experience. Destiny was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. In the end we are heading home (worth the 2.5 hour drive) with the perfect dress.

The seamstress was amazing and the only person that made my experience a little bit of a piece to remember... the dress also is amazing but the customer service was not and really is what makes the whole experience... Rachel was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever had to associate with... my dress did not come by the time promised wound up getting the floor sample they threw in alterations but still did not get anything added or taken off not even a simple apology... even gave it another chance from how rude she was at the fitting to at least have the decency to apologize when I went in for the final fitting nothing not even a smile just ignored me... also they tried to have me sign papers about me agreeing to these things which I did but for a new dress that I did not receive... I did ask to speak to the owner or someone else multiple times was refused everytime and Noone reached out so no need to do so now or try to make it right... like I stated prior thank God for the seamstress she was amazing but when this is supposed to have been one of the best days of my life the customer service is so important and it was horrible and the way they throw it under the rug is even worse definitely would not expect or want this treatment for anyone else from a bridal shop...

Wow after reading others bad experiences I have to agree!!!! I walked in with my mom and there’s was a group of kids already being helped and when asking about bridal they say I need an appt and that’s it gave me a card and that’s it. Deff need better staff and friendlier

Ava helped us pick the perfect prom dress after searching numerous stores. She was kind, attentive and encouraging. The store had a wonderful selection for all body types.

Today was my daughters first day bridal gown shopping and Hayley made our experience soo easy. She listened, she was funny and thoughtful but absolutely knew her stuff!!! My daughter found the one after just a few thanks to Hayleys knowledgeable suggestions. Hayley even found the absolute perfect dress for the maid of honor as well. Thank you so so much Hayley and all the wonderful staff at Nikkis Glitz n Glam

I scheduled a super last minute appointment on a whim because they were running a sale. As a result, I didn't have time to ask my friends/ family to join me, and I went alone.Ladies--if you're nervous about going wedding dress shopping by yourself, do yourself a favor and come here. Rachel, my stylist, was so kind, friendly, and helpful without being pushy. Other stylists even popped over to give support and make me feel special. I did not feel weird, awkward, or alone at all!I wound up -- completely unintentionally, mind you-- finding The Dress. I was about to say yes-- and then I got a little sentimental. All of my family still lives back home in the northeast, and I'd always imagined saying yes to the dress with my mom.Rachel said, "No problem!" We rescheduled an appointment, had my mom fly down, and I got to have my magic moment with my mom. Rachel even offered to pretend like this was my very first visit to help keep some of the magic of the experience ? Better yet, she honored the sale price of the gown from back when I originally tried it on!!!Fast forward to alterations--a few days after my alterations appointment, I started to get nervous and have some misgivings about some of the decisions we'd made. I went in and talked to Rachel, who reassured me that we can fix pretty much anything. She reached out to the seamstress with detailed instructions about my concerns, and rescheduled another alterations appointment so I could be more sure about what I wanted. The dress came out PERFECTLY! (Side note: I typically hate bustles. The seamstress that Nikki's uses is amazing. She made a beautiful bustle for my long train that secured with just one point of attachment. And it held ALL NIGHT with no problems!)All this to say... Rachel did an absolutely phenomenal job. She helped my indecisive and anxious butt get the most perfect dress for my wedding day, and I could not be more grateful.

Don't walk in to look at bridal gowns. Came in with my mom without an appointment because of a doctor's appointment. I was aware that there may not be an associate to assist us if there was an appointment in place, but what was not mentioned was that they will kick you out of the bridal area when there is an appointment. We weren't even allowed to look at the dresses. The lack of customer service in this business is ridiculous. Paying extra in gas to drive to Tampa to look at wedding gowns is worth it after my experience at Nikki's Glitz and Glam.

The moment I walked into the establishment one of the associates, that was already assisting a customer in the fitting rooms, greeted me. And that’s the most customer service I received. We now live in a society that businesses seem to forget that everyone that walks into your store is either a customer, potential customer or even a customer that will bring you potential customers. I hate making it about race but I’m sure they seen my skin combined with my shorts and tank top and ASSUMED I was not a valuable customer. I asked her if they sell wedding guests gowns, and she reply “not sure how serious you’re looking for, but if we have any they will be back there.” Pointing me to the back corner. Once in there, I started browsing options and walked to the cashiers section where 1 of the employees stayed sitting down, which is crazy to me, and I asked her “what is exactly the concept here? Do you carry all sizes in store? Can I try anything on? Do I need an appointment to be able to” she was short. “We don’t have everything in store” “I MEAN if you want to try something out, you can”I of course said thank you and left.Horrible!

Christa was an AMAZING consultant! I was not expecting to walk out of there with a bridal dress immediately, but I did!! She knows what I wanted better than me, and I would trust her eye a million times. She also got me a great discount so I stayed within my budget.

What a great experience. Emma was perfect! She helped my daughter find her dream HOCO 2023 dress. All of the ladies there were so nice and helpful. Gorgeous selection and such a cute shop overall. We will be back for Prom shopping for sure!
