Went to do the TSA Precheck and Duncan helped us. He has amazing customer service and was extremely helpful. He provided all the follow up information we needed and explained how it works.

Very disappointed with the service at Office Depot – New Tampa (Tuesday, July 8)
I visited this location because I needed to print a lengthy document and required some assistance. To my surprise, the staff not only ignored me, but showed absolutely no willingness to help. No guidance, no effort, no customer service whatsoever. It was as if helping a customer was a burden.
The next day, I went to Staples, and the difference was night and day: I was greeted kindly, helped efficiently, and had my printing needs met without a problem — the way it should be.
Office Depot, this is unacceptable. Any business that serves the public must prioritize customer service. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy I experienced was honestly frustrating. I strongly recommend reviewing and retraining the staff at this location.

“Full” drop off is ridiculous. Plenty of room for packages but they didn’t want to take them because it’s a slight inconvenience.

Roman and Shaun were so helpful when I was having birthday invites printed for my son's 6th birthday. You have to go through the website to set up the order and Roman helped walk me through everything. The order indicated it wouldn't be available for pick up until 3 or 4 days later but they ended up getting them done the SAME DAY! Incredible! I can't thank them enough and highly recommend if you need printing services to go see them.

I payed for technical services. When I brought my laptop in fearing it was infected with a virus, they refused to even turn it on telling me it was a danger to the stores network. So no service, then a year later they charged my credit card without authorization. Now I have to battle for a refund.

Office Depot is definitely the place to shop, they have great prices great customer service and most of all everything you are looking for all under one roof. When it comes to stuff you may need for your man cave, or even your she shed. very fast, in and out With no long lines?

Staff was helpful and attentive. Asked for a specific item. Found an employee to see if it was in stock (this person was at a counter - not sure that was their department but they quickly helped). When to get our item and brought it up front. The gentleman who checked us out (Blake) was very attentive. Checked to see if he could honor hubby’s military discount. Great interaction overall!

thought I bought items on clearance only to find they were "misplaced". apparently most of the clearance area was "misplaced". disorganized with boxes everywhere, no one saus excuse me when they block your way restocking... I'd rather shop amazon.

Unbelievabley humilating experience that ruined my day. I've never been chastised & embarrassed like this by management no less! He came up, was arguing , made sarcastic comments to me in front of a line of customers, then argued with other customers for defending me against his behavior! All of this, when he should've been ringing up, taking care of us. Never again!!!
