this place literally reeks of dead animal , and has for the past 5 months… i don’t understand why anything isn’t being done or how it even smells that bad. some of the employees are also extremely not nice.

This store literally smells like a dirty diaper. Employees said they are used to it. Be prepared to walk around in funk. Maybe an animal died in their air vents? It seriously stinks.

I would get new employees at the register. We walked in last night at 7:28 they close at 8 there was some shorts on sale the table said $19 but they all had a proce tag of $50 so i asked in the direction of the register where two employees had their backs to me, one was on their phone scrolling. I said “hi excuse me are all
Of these $19?” The girl turned around and said yes all the shorts on display are I said ok thank you. My daughter and i picked out shorts within a few min and asked to try ONE pair of shorts on. The girl apologizes and says our fitting rooms are closed bc we close soon. I looked at her confused and said dont yall close at 8? Thats not for another 30 min and she looks me in the face and goes “sorry about that” i said well you would have had a sale and customer but not anymore sorry about that and we left. I worked in retail for YEARS and im now a business owner. This is what makes businesses go under. Get older more reliable people in their who will actually try and pull in sales and be customer friendly.

The associates here closed the store 15 minutes early tonight the 2 girls working just stared at me like I was crazy for wanting to buy one hat. The store should still be open now but it isn’t .

Worst staff and service. My wife and I were standing in line to check out and they let two people cut in front of everyone, to the point a fight almost broke out. Staff did nothing, complete idiots running this place. Order online or pick another store. Overt racial slurs the whole time. No wonder

Absolutely loved my experience with Pacsun , all the employees were very kind and attentive to my needs. were patient and able to find everything i needed in my size. one of the managers was consciences and made good suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of.

I LOVE this pacsun!! They always have great sales and super nice employees. Every time I come in they always make me feel so welcome and you can’t beat the buy one get 2 free! Management is wonderful and super helpful. By far my favorite place to shop in the outlets!!!

Really bad customer service. The employees were unhelpful and rude, and I couldn’t even use my phone number for my rewards account because they complained it would take a long time? Then open the second register what. I had points and could not use them because of that. Great product but I can’t deal with people like this. Will not be coming back here and recommend that people do not shop in store if you appreciate good customer service.

By far the worst pacsun ever !!! The employee are all kids , they’re rude , they talk about inappropriate conversations , they’re sitting on the counters as some are taking care of customers at the register. They all dress so inappropriate, jeans a bra . No respect , no greeting no hello no nothing. Cursing , playing music with curses , horse playing . The fitting rooms are always closed it’s terrible .

The employees were incredibly rude to me and my mom. She was helping me pick out some shorts and we went into the dressing room. The employee told us that we can’t do that but she is my mom and I’m a minor. As we went out of the dressing room, they stared at us as we were walking out. They were also all on their phones and didn’t bother to ask us if we need any help

No greet, no smiles, and I’m gonna be a bit of a Karen here but the trap music playing and the employee who was literally wearing jeans and a black bra sent us straight out of the store. Definitely not work appropriate.

jeff, the manager, was extremely nice and helpful to my mom and i. on top of that the rest of the employees were also so nice and helpful even when i kept putting things back and needed help for hours!!

Great service, nice atmosphere. Employees were very helpful, Matt answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to better my experience and help me find what i needed. The lady at front counter was awesome as well and very nice though i didnt get her name.
