We always place orders online for curbside pick up.
This is one of the few pet supply stores that still offers the curbside option, so we use them most of the time.
It's extremely easy to order online, wait for the notification that the items are ready for pick up. You need the app to use the curbside pick up option, which makes it easy.
The staff that does the curbside delivery are always pleasant.

DO NOT TAKE UR DOG TO THIS GROOMING!!! I took my dog and he came out with the worst service in the world, a terrible haircut, a bad bath and his nails poorly cut. He came out very upset and barking (my dog NEVER BARKS) I'm not guaranteeing anything but nothing good happened in there with my dog. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!. The girl’s name is Alanah.

We signed up for a training class at the Wesley Chapel store (Petsmart) These people are so incompetent and unprofessional. The Ghetto Diva ( Jacob) did not have any record that we booked a class with him. He told me that his manager Steve did not inform him that he had a session at 3pm. He does not know how to talk to people nor does not he knows how to respect customers. I won't recommend this place to anyone, safe yourself money and more importantly the inconvenience to deal with such unprofessional people.

I was wanting to get my cat groomed. The only day I can do is Fridays and the cat groomer Kim Does work that day, however, I had to wait a month. Now I know my schedule is limited so I understand having to wait. On 3-21-25 I scheduled an appointment for 4-18-25. I confirmed with the staff with that being Easter weekend/Good Friday will Kim actually be working and I was told yes. I received an email on 4-15-25 that confirmed my appointment. I happened to call 4-17-25 to confirm, the girl said “we were just about to call you “. She said that Kim will not be in the salon on the 18th. I said I have waited over a month because the other 2 Friday’s that worked for me, she just wasn’t working. If there’s only one groomer for cats and Friday is a working day than giving clients 1 Friday out of 4 to make an appointment is completely unacceptable. I did make another appointment, but stated I would probably cancel as I was highly disappointed.

Worst pet smart I have been to. Staffs were rude and wasn’t ready to help. Waited more than an hour to leave without buying anything since all staffs acted like they were busy but were doing nothing. Won’t give negative stars if I could

We just started the puppy training classes, and they are 12/10. You get SO much for the price, and we are very happy with the experience. Jacob is awesome! The staff are all very friendly and super helpful if you need help finding any products and very knowledgeable when it comes to needing suggestions.
