First of all if I could I will give them negative points . I encountered an extremely frustrating situation with PNC Bank, where I've held accounts since 2018, including one checking and four savings for family members. My account was unexpectedly closed without any explanation or prior notice. The branch staff appeared unaware, guiding me to a number where unhelpful customer service representatives insisted on the bank's policy to close accounts without providing reasons. Despite multiple attempts, I was denied the opportunity to speak with a supervisor, and the phone service was consistently rude and unprofessional. Retrieving my funds after the sudden closure took over six months and numerous calls. The inconvenience peaked when I discovered the account closure only after my card was declined. If transparency and customer service matter to you, I recommend avoiding PNC.

Beware! Don't finance a car loan through PNC, they are the rudest and worst bank to deal with. Many other better banks that will will be respectful and have competent employees that deal with the loan side of the bank.

Johnisha and Holly are wonderful. I just changed my review from 5 star to one due to the support of lgbt posted right I front of tellers. So dissatisfied. This business has excellent customer service. Who can find a business with integrity and logical thinking backed with science and God? So upset

I'm only reaching out to this location because I assume this is the main branch. I have some questions about the employees at the Port Richey branch. I hate to say this but the manager is a liar, it's been confirmed. Some of the employees have poor skills when it comes to dealing with customers. I was looking into being a customer. But never would I ever bank with PNC. The manager also spoke lies to PRC . My question is why? Why would you treat me as if I didn't matter? No one is better than the other. We should all be treated equal whether we are rich or poor.. Done. Just done AGAIN. NO TOW ZONE SIGNS. NO TRESPASSING Signs POSTED AFTER HOURS. NO SIGNS THAT SAY IF YOU BREAKDOWN AT 8AM AND PARK FOR 20 MINUTES AND GET ILLEGALLY TOWED. but the port Richey police say you have a secret agreement with A-1:towing and Port Richey police say YOU SHOULD HAVE SIGNS UP AND YOU DON'T. CAUSING ME PAIN N SUFFERING HAVING MY VAN TOWED BY A-1 TOWING (whom are so rude, disrespectful and sneaky demanding CASH. IVE reported all. To BBB, AGRICULTURE & CONSUMER LICENSING DIVISIONS AND NOW ITS TIME FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR STRANDING A Disabled WOMAN N HER FAMILY BEING SO DISRESPECTED BY THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER AND THEN THE AUDACITY OF PNC BANK "MANAGER" LIEING TO PORT RICHEY POLICE. SEE YOU ALL IN COURT..

The tellers are ok, the place is clean but not in a very good location and traffic is horrible in their parking lot. The worst part is the receptionist that acts as a gate keeper to this bank. Not that I expect special treatment but I have a good balance at this bank and you make money off of my money so I would assume as someone with a bank account in the 6 figures when I said I want to talk to a banker to ask a question, I get to speak to a banker and ask my question not some glorified assistant to take it appone her self to answer a question that a banker is supposed to answer. Because of this and the last two trips to this bank before this I will be closing my account and finding banking somewhere that they respect people.

While doing business at PNC bank we received horrible customer service from the bank branch in Wesley Chapel. What should of been a 5 min fix with closing a account is still unresolved and told that no one at the bank branch level can help resolve it. Pretty much blown off for the most part. Have been doing business with PNC for years but it seems like they are more interested in collecting fees and charging you for services, that should be no charge for administrative issues. This is the second time they were more then happy to make us pay for stuff that would be covered in other business, either by a manager or customer retention group. I don't think I will be using PNC anytime in the future.

Only bank we've used in Florida, as we recently moved here. Over all PNC bank isn't one I'd choose again. We will likely go elsewhere in the near future. They don't offer some of the services other banks do. The app doesn't work half the time.

Initially, I did not want to wait for service at this branch. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. The tall Lady in charge needs a raise! She was everywhere. My issues were resolved in the most pleasant professional and Kind manner.

I’ve been banking here for years, they’ve held hundreds of thousands of dollars of my money and I’ve paid them thousands of dollars in fees and and they still want to charge me $15 for a cashier’s check. You will lose my business over this. Bye

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Have been with PNC for years, but just moved to this area. We have found both the tellers and the personal bankers to be professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Angel and Miles have been especially helpful, and we never have to wait long in the lobby to see them...and someone else will always let us know who we will be seeing and how long the wait will be and if there's anything we can do to prepare in the meantime. Very courteous and well-run.

This was worst banking experience for me. And I’ve been banking over 20 yrs. Maddy who calls herself manager needs more training. She doesn’t know anything. No concept for solution. It sucked. What a waste of time.
