I used to love going to this place. It wasn’t always perfect, but the price was reasonable + it was hand-washed. Lately, they’ve been getting worse with their service. Recently, they made me wait 1 1/2 hours for my car to be finished, which I was okay with, so I walked around the mall until the time was done. When I walked back, they immediately said, “We got sidetracked with a transmission,” I realized they hadn’t done anything with my car. I asked them how long it would now take, and they said the wait was 45 minutes (45 until they could get to my car). Here’s the biggest issue: they had my phone number; if they knew they were sidetracked, the most responsible thing to do is let your customer know. I wasted my time. The funniest part is that it was the manager.

Do not go there. They wash from 5 gallon bucket and dry off. No rinse at all they use same towels they wash tires on your paint. Very bad service . Just a warning before you go through what I did already.

This used to be my go to place for when I wanted to get my car looking extra special. After my last two trips, I'm done.On my previous visit, the attendant was running late and ended up rushing through the service. He missed a number of places in my car and was still almost 45 minutes late in finishing my car.This visit, the attendant had no record of my appointment and was hesitant to start. He said that it would take an hour and a half to clean instead of the scheduled hour. He insisted that he needed the extra half hour because of the pet hair seen in the photo. It was his poor attitude about it more than the time.I cancelled the appointment and will find another place.

I received good service. I had interior done with shampoo. All stains removed with exception of couple stains which they warned me about ahead of time. I explained very, very well what I wanted and I was clearon my expectations. I was able to negotiate my price from the beginning. They did couple extra things as a courtesy. That was nice. I was super happy with the results. I will take my vehicle again. Good service received. Recommended.

Made appt and no one was there today. Last time I used the service as a walk up the young lady tried to get me to pay her personally on cash app. Seems shady.

My car hasn't had a cleaning in years & it was really bad & beyond .. 3 & half hours later Pronto returned it me brand new really superb job .. they cleaned washed detailed every inch .. thank u guys sooooo much & I recommend this service w all my heart ..

The Worst Customer Service in my 10 years of owning a car.1. They told they cleaned it and asked me to check it out and i saw them closing the trunk.2. When I’m checking out car to see the work they did, i was shocked to see all the dust is still there, and i showed them the dust, they told they dont have a vacuum which will fit there, so they didn’t clean it. Such a stupid answer3. I opened the trunk and i see it is untouched. Added the videoThey charged me 179$ for this.

They don't have prices posted. Few weeks ago they charged my brother 55 to clean his CRV inside and out. I went to them because my brother said they're the best. I have a smaller car she wanted to charge me 129... why? I asked what's the cheapest she said 79. For a basic wash. So they can just charge whatever to whomever they please. Not cool.

Brought our Dodge Ram lifted with 37 in tires for the first time to Pronto wash and Wow!! We paid $44 and the truck looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Well worth the money!! We've always gone to Clean Machine formally Baybreeze but they've really gone down hill and their carwash is often broken down. I would much rather pay an extra $10 and be completely satisfied at Pronto.

I used to go to the Pronto-wash location at Wiregrass but they were seldom open during their posted hours. Never there in the morning. If I made an appointment, there were always one or two cars ahead of me when I arrived. I finally began making an appointment for them to come detail my car at my home. The first time, my appointment came and went because it didn't appear up on the service tech's calendar so he didn't show up. I call and re-schedule and the tech shows up an hour late. Now I want a clean car to take a few guests on a long road trip the day following my at-home detailing and 45 minutes after the tech was scheduled to arrive I get a call saying he has generator problems. But for a discount, he can (might) show up two days after I needed the clean car. I offered an extension cord for the tech to use instead of his generator - which he only used for his vacuum cleaner. Oh no, all our equipment is connected together. If this company worked as hard on service as they work on excuses maybe I'd use them again but being patently lied to during every encounter and their abject lack of reliability makes it highly unlikely. I'll use the local guys who do detailing on their day off. You can't always get an appointment when you want one but when you do get one they show up on time. NO MORE PRONTO-WASH FOR ME - EVER!

I had a 10 am appointment, received 3 text messages to confirm my appointment, arrived at 9:55 and left at 10:20 because no one showed up. If you cant make the effort to get to work on time how much effort do you put into someone's car. Should be able to give zero stars totally pitiful

The first time I used this service (Wiregrass), it went okay. The person who washed my car showed up about 15 minutes late. The second time a different guy washed and cleaned my car, and he did a great job. That was the only time I was pleased with this service. However, the customer service representative who schedules the appointments (Citrus Park area) was very unprofessional...twice! I have made appointments, but no one ever shows up. I called to ask about this and she makes excuses. She said that they are closed, but why schedule me if you know that no one will show up? I feel like she lied at times by saying that she tried contacting me, but she never left a message, plus I checked my call log and guess what...no Pronto Wash was detected! The girl on the phone rescheduled me and promised a service free of charge, but when my new appointment came up, no one showed up again! This company shows that they are very inconsiderate of customer's time and the gas they spend to drive to them to get our car serviced. I'm very disappointed in the way they handled these situations by not Contacting The Customer! Therefore, I will no longer use their services. I will be serviced by another company who doesn't treat their customers like we don't matter. It's not worth the money.

Took my car in for a hand wash. They did an excellent job. Looks like new again. Actually on 4 1/2 months old. Very shiny. Great workers. Friendly.
