I came to Publix because WinnDixe Pharmacy shut down my perspiration’s were transferred to Walgreens. They were terrible to deal with and even gave me someone else’s medication and had to chase me down to get it back. So I called Publix to get them to transfer mine and my husband’s medication over from Walgreens. They called Walgreens and refused to transfer them over. Publix called me back and told me what they said. So the Pharmacist told me I might want to call the doctor and get them to call all the medication my husband and I are on over to them. So I did have the doctor call them all over to Publix. They have been amazing and so nice and easy to work with. I would like to just say Thank you to all of the amazing staff at Publix Pharmacy.

Publix is a consistently clean, airy & bright environment to shop. Service is 5 star. Items are a bit more expensive than other grocery spots. The quality of their produce, seafood& meats is always fresh . Publix often has great food item sales-like buying one get one free. never questioned.I. Appreciate Publix hiring handicapped individuals & elderly individuals as well.

Drives me nuts many supermarkets. Employees are friendly for most part, and that's all good, but they don't always have merchandise marked properly on the shelves. You assume the final tally will be different than what pops up on the register, but nope. Sadly, the clerk doesn't really care about it. They will make their basic wage and ring up the next customer, while the manager is nowhere to be found. Just annoying. . .

Average Publix grocery store for the area. Usually clean with a nice selection. Staff has been hit or miss. Usually helpful and friendly. Other times not so much. Publix is one of the better groceries compared to others in the area.

I never write reviews but this time I feel obligated to. On Monday I was discharged from the hospital and my doctors sent prescriptions to this Publix pharmacy for me to pickup. I am on an infusion that requires a lot of supervision and vitamins to maintain my health. On Monday I went to Publix to pick up my prescriptions as I received a text that they were ready. I picked up 2, I knew there were much more prescriptions needed to be filled and gave them time to fill the remaining prescriptions. On Thursday (today) I stopped by to pick up the rest of my prescriptions as my health was deteriorating due to the fact I didn’t have all the vitamins I needed. I ask a young gentleman if he had prescription for vitamins such as potassium. He told me that it seems that the prescription was canceled and asked pharmacist why. The pharmacist replied saying that they were cancelled because the vitamins were more affordable over the counter. I was completely shocked that they took the initiative to cancel my prescriptions without telling me, as a result of not knowing, I was almost hospitalized due to the deficiency of these vitamins. I SHOULD BE THE ONE WHO MAKES THE DECISION IF I WANT TO PAY FOR THE PRESCRIPTION OR FIND ANOTHER MORE AFFORDABLE ROUTE NOT THE PHARMACIST. The pharmacist then told the young man that I received a text message stating it was cancelled as if that justifies them making a medical decision for me. I ALSO NEVER RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE STATING IT WAS CANCELLED AND I HAVE THE MESSAGES TO PROVE SO. I told the gentleman that I was almost hospitalized because they never informed me of the change. He was in complete shock and told the pharmacist but the pharmacist never came to speak to me personally. She continued to send this poor man to speak for her.

I’m a Shipt shopper and all the employees are super helpful! Also there is a very pretty woman who I think is part of management that is so pleasant! I wish I knew her name! Thanks for being awesome Publix!

This place likes to intimidate people because they are scared and want to force others into being scared. You can't force people to put on a mask purely because you are scare. Disabilities Act will and can get you fined $75,000 for discrimination.... You can't legally ask about a person's health issues as to why they can't wear a mask. This place is a disgrace, stop being a sheep and be a lion.... Liberal mentality... OMG!

I wanted to take a moment and thank the management team from last night (9/20/20). When a customer entered without a masked and refused to wear one, you stood with your employee's safety rather than the satisfaction of one customer that was putting in danger, not only herself but everyone in that store. I cannot express how refreshing that is. Thank you for protecting your employees and your customers.
