We stopped there to pick up something for my daughter. My wife went in. She said she didn't prefer that Publix. Compare to the ones that are in our neighborhood.

The employees and management at Publix have consistently demonstrated exceptional performance. My family has maintained a long-standing relationship with Publix, both as a competitor and a customer. Notably, my father collaborated with Publix management in Lakeland five decades ago. The staff at the Hollybrook Plaza location in Wesley Chapel are particularly commendable for their outstanding service and dedication. I would like to extend specific appreciation to Manager Blake.

The greedy little Jenkins family has raised prices in the deli yet again. I've had enough of being squeezed by these souless billionaires. It would serve you right if shares of Publix stock fell by 75% as punishment for your greed. May bankruptcy find you soon.

The store is always well staffed and organized. The food, especially the produce, it's always the freshest of any other local grocery store in the area. The employees are always friendly and will to assist as well.

It was disappointing to overhear the cashier and the bagger speaking negatively about customers who come in close to closing time like I wasn't even there. It's understandable to feel tired at the end of a long day, but everyone deserves to be treated with respect and understanding, regardless of when they arrive. I believe that it's important for customer service professionals to maintain a positive and respectful attitude, even when they're feeling exhausted. This happens way to frequently these days and the employees can use some more training.
