Terrible place. Rude employees. After finally catching an employee I asked to cancel my afternoon appointment and enter as a walk in. She just stared at me and closed the door. I sat for 30 minutes trying to talk to someone but they just ignored me. Never again quest!

The staff was very rude and They said No NO NO NO for walkin in a rude way,, I don’t understand how they lack common sense in the way they do their business. Just for a routing blood work, they deny walk in, and booking an appointment with their slow website, actually takes more time than extraction blood, which is waste of time and waste of public time going to Quest..
even if you go with an appointment, the made us wait for +20 mins the last time, and no point of taking this painful lab work at quest. Many other alternatives avail, even with major hospitals just takes walk - In..

The worst quest lab in Florida !!!!!!!!!!!
A female technician that works at this place treated my mother who is 85 years old very badly, she raised her voice to gave her instructions in a rude tone and grabbed her arm with anger. I asked her what was the problem and she just stared at me in a very disgusted way without answering . Please DO NOT go to this quest unless you want to be treated like trash

They left my employee waiting for 4 hours and didn't serve him. I had to reschedule the appointment for a drug test. We don't recommend it.

I did not have an appointment, but I Received service for my tests very quickly. The technician was extremely kind and helpful. He was also very efficient, and got the test done very quickly. I highly recommend this location.

I had an interesting experience with Quest. The visit was fine, however I am unable to get my results and Quest has no person to talk to. I've submitted multiple emails and received 2 answers saying it takes time and results will be posted when available. It's been almost 3 weeks now, and these tests in the past took 24 hrs. If you have an issue or a question, there is no one to help.

The worst possible stuffs / employee behavior. No respect for the patients. I went there 10 mins late and they said I missed my appointment and I have to join walk in line which can take up to 60 mins. After 2 hours of waiting they said they can’t take me today. The stuffs need to go through proper training on how to speak professionally to a patient.
I will not recommend anyone to go to this place.

The only location that has consistently been able to get my vein on the first try. There are closer locations, but I'll still go to this one when I need bloodwork done.

Fast friendly professional and efficient. Check in was smooth less than a minute. Wait was less that 5 mins.
