My visit was so smooth and quick! I checked in easily, waited maybe 3 minutes, sat down and they pulled my blood and within 10 minutes I was done!

This particular Quest is really clean and the staff are always friendly and professional. I don't usually wait long here and they are good at keeping things moving along. I feel welcomed when I'm there and I'm in good hands. The people here work hard. I give credit where it's due. Been here many times.

The staff was rude. I was not the only one who thought so, as other people there that day complained about the same. Only machines when you walk in to check in, no human to talk to until they come to get you. They popped my veins also while drawing blood (the last two times Ive been to Quest have both ended with popped veins, each different people). The location can use some supervising and customer service training.

I made an appointment early for fasting bloodwork. I was called back on time by the friendly phlebotomist. She listened to me when I told her my experience with having bloodwork done. She told me “you’re a person not a pin cushion”. She confirmed that my veins were deep and she made sure that I wasn’t. I appreciate the positive experience so much! Thank you!

What a Joke.
Booked an Appointment for 9.10 that was fasting. It is now 9.20 and still a line in front of me. Online appointment and profile is pure garbage, would not take my insurance info. NO wonder I avoid going and getting blood work done this is beyond subpar.
Also the TV is SOOOOOOOOO LOUD NO ONE WANTS TO BE BLASTED WITH THIS CRAP.
