What was suppose to be a relaxing birthday present was NOT. My mom got me a certificate for my birthday to get my nails done. I walked in and there was a lady and a guy up front. She immediately got annoyed because he asked her to start my nails because she was painting one of the fake nails. She was in the worst mood possible. I was like great there goes my nails. I said I wanted tips and she said do you want a manicure for your cuticles your regular nails cut down for another 10$ and I said no I just want whatever comes with doing the tips mind you normally they take and do the cuticles and cut my
Nails down before the tips so charging must be a new thing . So she starts filing my nails and shows me them and asked if it was okay and I had to remind her I wanted tips and not my regular nails so that must have aggravated her because you could tell she didn’t want to be there or do them. She starts the tips and leaves 3 fingers without tips because her glue sucked and they wouldn’t stick so instead of cutting them down like she should’ve she let it go. I wasn’t paying 10$ to have 3 nails cut down. So after her being so mad she used the nail drill and she was doing it so hard because she was mad for whatever reason and cut my finger near the cuticle area. Fast forward I switch to the male and he is nice don’t get me wrong but he really Thought because of her I wanted to leave 3 tips off my nails. Who does that? So I asked him why would I do that. They used such old dry glue that even it took him forever to get the nails to stick. This was not a relaxing time at all. My nails honestly look like I did them. There is dents in my acrylic, the paint is already worn and my nails are lose so I’m expecting for them to come off in the coming days. You can see the dust in my paint because you don’t wipe down your area properly before painting. You can’t drill and file and paint nails in the same place .Don’t take your bad moods out on customers. If you don’t want to be there then stay home. People go to the nail salon to relax and get pampered. I will never go here again. I will
Go to nailed it where they take their time and aren’t rushing with customers. They charge you extra for using a debit card. Asked him a few weeks prior and he told me 45 for them and then they changed it to 48$. The work is not worth even 20$. I don’t mind paying for quality but these are not quality. Treat people better and take your time. I am
Done going here for good. Took my daughter today to just another regular nail salon and the way the girl prepped and took her time on her nails speaks volumes.

Well, I have been going to Regal Nail Salon in Walmart in Wesley Chapel for about 9 months now! Mr. Brian, his wife and all the staff are wonderful people. They are all about Customer Service first and foremost! They do excellent nails, pedicures, eyebrows, etc.
Their prices are the BEST around!! I have searched and tried a bunch of others, believe me! The work is excellent and lasts for weeks! They don’t break, chip or crack! I get acrylic with half nail polish (like a French with a different color). They use the best of the best nail products! Mr. Brian will work with you if you have a problem or any questions. He is the BEST!!
Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!! If I could give them 10 STARS I WOULD!!! Thank you so much Mr. Brian and staff for treating your customers so wonderfully! I appreciate all of you!!👍🙏🏻💅

Extremely disappointing experience. It’s only been 10 days since I got my nails done, and I can’t stand how they look—not because of nail growth, but because of the bubbles that appeared. When I raised my concern about it during the service, the technician brushed it off. Not the quality I expected at all.

Mostly a great experience. Great pedicure. I think they might have been understaffed. They started my teenager and then left them alone for 10 minutes. Eventually a new person came and finished them. Not sure what was going on. They did give us beverages to make our appointment more comfortable. I will go back. We were there on a Friday about noon.

I was trying to be patient and give this salon a chance. My bf decided to treat me to a spa day and I did go before for my toes. I did simple one color two times before and asked for something different and they ensure me that they were able to do what I asked for. I felt like everything was rushed and was not looked into detail. I cried in the car because I spent nearly 3 hours there and left with nothing that i asked for. I went to different salon As you can see my inspirations and results are not the same not even similar. I went to a different salon cause I was embarrassed of the results.
Update: they responded but didn't fix my problem i wanted my money back but insisted to get two free pedicures and a free manicure. I don't think they understand i don't want to comeback ever! so I was cheated out of 120 dollars. Seems like they don't get much customers for them to not give me a refund "they dont like it when we refund" maybe do actually better?

I’ve been getting my nails done for 20+ years and Brian is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had! He takes his time to make sure his customer is satisfied. He sure knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to make sure we leave a happy customer! Not to mention the rates are very reasonable for the exceptional work that’s done. I get compliments all the time on my nails. I highly recommend this place! I won’t go anywhere else.
** I had a very horrible experience with a previous nail salon and I came to Brian. With his knowledge and patience he took the time and worked diligently to get my nail back to normal.**
