Shea (the manager) at the lutz location did an absolute amazing job reshaping my hat and making sure it was 100% perfect for me. She took her time was patience very friendly and extremely helpful. Not only did she reshape mine but also assisted my brother In his first cowboy hat purchase and shaping. It was worth the drive and will be back again to purchase more hats from her! Job well done!

Today I went into the store at 1408 Dale Mabry Hwy, Lutz, Fl to shop for a cowboy hat. I'm a man in my early 60s; I was casually and neatly dressed, and I had a polite exchange of greetings with the young woman employee as I entered the premise . As I tried a few hats, I asked about using of the restroom. It had an "Out Of Order" sign on its door. I thought that might be a population "control mechanism". The employee said she needed to ask the manager about the rest room. A half a minute later she return to tell me that there was no rest room available to customers. Knowing that there had to be a rest room that the manager was preserving for employee use, I left the store and I won't return. I should have been guided to the restroom that I know was available. There is too much commercial competition in this day, for "the manager" to make that sort of error.

Paying cash? BEWARE!! They will not honor the return if they have not received cash from paying customers over the course of the day. So they will hold your money hostage until they get enough to cover their drawer.. lesson learned. Pay by card. The young girls behind the counter need to adjust their attitude. As far as product, they have a good selection. But if you buy anything on a sale; and try to return only one item, You will have to pay full price for the other item. It cancels out the sale.

Ok so In a world full of lazy a** people that don't understand customer service,,, this store and more specifically Shea!! She genuinely loves her job and cares about the products and customers! She spent time with me discussing various items, and is more accommodating than you could ever hope for! Love the store and appreciate your assistance and expertise! Definitely will be back as the need arises ! Thanks again Shea for all your help!!

Shae was awesome! Helped shape my husband's hat and gave excellent customer service for us. We bought 2 pair boots, a hat and some other things. She took her time to make sure he was happy with the shape and made several adjustments for him along the way.

I'm not that impressed with the selection at the store.... there is a huge selection of western wear out there in the world... the selection here is very plain in my opinion anyway.However, they have great people working in there, very knowledgeable, and helpful. They took very good care of my wife and I when we needed to exchange her early Christmas presents.I will shop here again.

I’m terrible with names, I believe her name was Erica. She was super helpful with recommendations on my sons shoe to boot size. Unfortunately they don’t carry the exact Ariat Boots my son wanted and Bass Pro wouldn’t answer the phone. Good thing I remembered my husband had an amazing experience at Russels and I remembered to call. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service! We will be back… Happy holidays to your staff and their families.

Shea and her team at the Wesley Chapel store were AWESOME!! I came in with my son with lots of questions about boots and jeans. She took the time to explain finding the right fit and best options for style. They were very friendly & helpful in navigating the world of Western wear. Happy with our purchases.? I walked in looking for feed. didn't know it had changed. but on a good note walked out with three pairs of boots for the kids. staff was very helpful and patient with my kiddos. they even made sure they got the right sizes. I'll definitely be back at me another pair.

Beautiful store with good selection, relatively low on stock in larger sized westerns, but plenty of great work boot options, plus the staff is very sweet and helped me find the shirt I’ve been looking for
