NOISE LEVEL IS DEHUMANIZING, especially the "music" that I would describe as screaming black ladies (not that I have anything against black ladies...). Then there are the unintelligible intercom announcements. Some noise abatement panels would be appreciated, until then I will continue to wear my earplugs - which don't help very much. I do like the prices.

Sam's club is great by the cafe and management was so rude every time I come there and this time I got a spill of a drink at the cafe and Paul a worker there was so rude and a woman was so angry she was acting like a racist to me and my family, at least I got to refill the cup and then eventually spilled it AGAIN!!.Definitely not happy, Sam's Club!!!

Even when it's super busy, the shop and go feature makes it so easy to scan as you go. Then you don't have to wait in line to pay. So convenient!

I went for a job interview and waited 1/2 an hour to find out that they weren't hiring for a cashier, they wanted a sales person. Trust me, there's a difference. I don't know about anyone else, but personally, I would prefer for someone trying to sell me something, stop pushing when I say no. I'm a good cashier, but I don't push. To me, that doesn't make a good cashier. My motto, get 'em in get 'em out and make sure they're smiling when they leave. If you push something on them, they won't be smiling. Anyways, this place was not for me. I also have always had a problem with having to pay a place to spend money. These days, who can afford it?! I'm trying to figure out if the owner that actually reads these reviews are doing anything about the complaints or if they're just saying that they'll actually look into the situations. From what I'm gathering, after reading all the reviews, they have an AI that is automatically responding. Here's the thing. I've been in customer service for 25 yrs and I know that the customer isn't always right, but if the customer service representative actually puts in the effort then maybe y'all have more 5 star reviews. Like I said before, Get 'em in and out and make sure when they leave, they'll want to come back. The best way to do that is to help them when they need it, keep the place organized and clear of clutter, inside and outside of the store.

I like Sam's club. Even though they are basically the same company, I think Sam's better than Walmart. Cleaner and better service. The membership is worth it just for the gas prices.

After shopping at 8.30am on October 30th I came out to my car and it wouldn't start. My car was full of groceries that had to be refrigerated fairly soon. I went back into Sam's to the tire center. I met Theicy who was at the cash register. I explained what happened and asked if anyone could look at the car for me. She asked Marcus to come out and check the battery. Marcus jumped the battery so I could drive it to the bay where he checked the battery. It had a dead cell. I went back to Theicy and ordered it. I could tell they were very busy. I told Theicy I'd pick the car up tomorrow and she said to give her a few minutes and she would change the battery herself!! Theicy and Marcus made my day! Within 20 mins or so I was back on the road. I thought I would need a tow truck, uber ride, and a new set of groceries. Excellent customer service. I'll never forget that experience. A whole new meaning of being a MEMBER.

The floors are nice and clean, and products are well displayed on the shelves. The Men’s restroom was dirty and I’ve been to a handful of club locations and this one by far had the saddest restroom cleanliness.

I've been here multiple times during the day and evenings. Mornings are terrible nothing is done, everything is everywhere including boxes. So I come in the evenings which you can tell the workers are being over worked in the evening time trying to play catch up to the point where everyone looks miserable and doesn't want to be there. They clearly need new managers, These people do not know how to run a store. No one likes shopping in a place that is constantly unorganized and is forced to come at a later time due to poor management. No one also likes to shop in a place with low moral. That's why people prefer publix or sprouts because their workers are so friendly. They need to clearly do better for the employees by terminating and hiring new managers and supervisors I prefer the Carrollwood one but I'm going to terminate my membership and stick with Costco instead.

Was in Sam’s for a quick trip and was looking for a specific vitamin. I looked twice but was distracted at that point stoped a women that work there looked busy but she stopped and listened. I walked back around slowly. I believe her name is Jodi she works in optical I stopped her because I thought she was pharmacy. She then rushed back around and found my vitamin! Made my day such a sweet women! Will definitely be back! Hope that was her name!

I ordered online for a curbside pickup, with a window of 6-7. Never received a status update so I drove to the store to a pickup area full of frustrated customers. Waited until closing and never received my order or any type of notification that there would be a delay. Called and no one picked up. Literally left hanging.

Please get it back together in the pickup area. Three times now, I’ve waited for over 20 min, in the end having to walk in and get my own order. I pay for my membership specifically for the pickup service.

At this Sam’s Tire and Battery center I encountered the most rude, indifferent, and incompetent sales clerks I have ever seen in a retail store. And no satisfaction from the store manager. She flat didn’t care. I will get my battery installed, eventually, and then go home and cancel all memberships I pay for this place. Costco will now get all my business as I will never again set foot in any Sam’s, any where. Done with them

The Sam's club here was excellent, lots of well-stocked merchandise, but in the end, it is always the employees. I always use the self-checkout over there and in many cases, a lady (with a names that starts with D) comes, touches my cart, and usually asks, "Do you want to apply for the sam's club MasterCard©?" This drives my brother crazy, stealing the visual paper in which she watch him steal! Sam's club does not have the right to commission during checkout!!

Ordered 5 pizza's from the day before for pick up on Saturday morning for a birthday party and then the morning of pick up, get a text saying they are out of pizza!!! Didn't even offer another solution!!! Thanks for ruining our birthday party!!!
