Poor workmanship/warranty - The handle on my Samsonite suitcase ripped after only using it 3 times - poor workmanship! To add insult to injury, I have to pay for the thing to be shipped to the repairer, with no refund on that cost!!!!!

Nice selection of latest luggage. Great customer service. I came here to get one of my older Samsonite luggages repaired and they were very helpful, I got the luggage back in about 10 days repaired.
